Hotel was okay. When we first arrived we were given a room that was dirty but the front receptionist quickly corrected the mistake. House keeping also knocked on our door and said checkout was 10AM when it was really 11AM. A bit of a disconnect we found with the staff.
The bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious, but overall the room/hotel/elevator itself is a bit dated.
It’s an ideal location to attend a baseball game or walk around downtown.

The staff I encountered were lovely. From the valet to the front desk, everyone was super nice and helpful! The room was pretty small for a family of 3. It was very clean though. Bathroom was also clean. It has a sliding door that was kind of hard to open and close. It would be nice to get a list of things to do in the area. Overall, great stay.

Great stay overall. Booked for a staycation anniversary. The rooftop bar was closed for the rest of the season which was disappointing considering that was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Strangely the shower pressure was downright painful. However, service and staff were great and friendly!

Go to Chicago to stay for one night, by the way, see the art museum, free visit, not many people, first-class exhibition experience, the hotel is relatively clean, the city center, convenient to eat around, there are many historical buildings, plus the price after taxes, hotel breakfast ~ there is a place similar to Starbucks, not very friendly, Go out for breakfast.

CHARGED EXTRA FOR NO REASON. Got something from alacarte charged 25.00 when it was 5.00 don’t stay unless you like getting nickeled and dimed 160.00 hotel cost 225 plus 100 extra on card for the forseeable future they claim up to 30 days its been over a week now, might not evwn see it enter my account at this point and i wouldnt be surprised.

Generally speaking, the hotel breakfast price is not high, there is Starbucks on the first floor, very convenient. This time I picked up a big bargain, Ctrip gave me a good price, 691 yuan / night.

The location is very good, next to the bus stop to the airport. The waiter's service is also in place, I want to change a room with a good view and change it immediately. The towels are a bit less, everything else is not bad.

I was not very happy with this stay. I've stayed at cheaper places that were way better. There were no vending machines. The restaurant on site has a very limited capacity. The parking horrible. Our car was broken into. Location is close to downtown but I was not impressed at with the Hyatt. Rooms were awfully small. :(

Overall was a good experience! Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

Really lovely to spend a wonderful evening at dinner. Very friendly staff. 100% recommended
