The main reason for choosing Mandarin Oriental is its location. It is within walking distance of the Islamic Art Museum, National Museum and Woqif Market, and the taxi fare is 10-12 kabir coins. Biggest Advantage Very good service. Because we arrived at 6 o'clock in the morning, we needed to contact the hotel to check in early. The staff gave timely feedback and arrangements, although they charged a half-day fee. From the porters to the restaurant waiters, the service was very warm and attentive. Take luggage, drive out the door, clear tables promptly, and help with ordering. The room is clean and hygienic. The breakfast is not rich enough for a hotel of this level. Used breakfast 4 times, the variety was limited. But the food is clean and fresh, and the service is good. The hotel facilities are limited, apart from the gym, spa there is not much entertainment. It is equivalent to chedi, 4 seasons, but on a much smaller scale. It is recommended that you stay no longer than 2 nights.

It is high-end and luxurious, very grand, with hygienic environment and excellent service. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. I highly recommend it and will come back in the future. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good. All the products are the best. I slept very comfortably. I stayed here for many nights.

This is our second stay here, and it's simply the best hotel in Doha! The rooms are excellently designed with great attention to detail, and the shower is the smartest I've ever used! It offers fantastic value for money! Every staff member, from the doorman to the front desk and restaurant staff, is incredibly welcoming and always smiling. A special shout-out to the brother from Rwanda at the front desk – he was exceptionally warm, gave us a great room, and personally showed us around while explaining everything. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Doha!

As a family, we rarely revisit hotels, as we enjoy exploring new places, but when we do, it’s because the hotel holds a special place in our hearts. Waldorf Astoria Lusail is now firmly on that list, and we will definitely return. A Special Celebration Thank you for making my husband’s 50th birthday truly unforgettable. The complimentary cake was delicious and paired perfectly with the festive balloons—it was such a thoughtful touch! Food We thoroughly enjoyed our in-room dining experience. The Norwegian salmon and Omaha beef tenderloin were perfectly prepared, and the soup and dessert were delightful. The pricing was reasonable for the quality. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, providing something for everyone. Room Our room was beautifully designed, featuring a bathtub, balcony, and a cozy side sitting area with tasteful décor. However, I did notice one minor inconvenience—there was no phone on the desk, only one near the bed, which meant I had to walk over to make calls. Staff The staff truly elevated our experience with their outstanding hospitality. Special thanks to Elizabeth for delivering the cake, and to Aung, Jul, and Mariam at the Bywater Restaurant for their attentive service. Jason at the pool and Bilmal and Ghem at the concierge area were equally amazing. The team’s warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. A special shoutout to the kind lady who assisted us at the elevator—I wish I’d caught her name! Hotel Amenities We absolutely loved the hotel overall, but the highlight was the pool—it’s easily one of the best we’ve seen for families with children. The temperature-controlled feature was a bonus, and our little boy had an incredible time. The pool is likely the main reason we’ll be coming back, alongside the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Final Thoughts Waldorf Astoria Lusail is a perfect getaway for families, especially those with kids. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Too bad things to go to the hotel to relax then there are maintenance works - the room service man opens the door when I was sleeping - all calls transfer directly to the restaurant - There is no sound insulation between rooms -

I like it very much, it's perfect for vacation. It's just a little regretful that I went there alone. I was reading in the yard, and suddenly I looked up and saw a big cruise ship. It was the first time I lived on an island in my life. Perfect experience. The service was also great. WeChat reminded me that the [direct light] at the head of the bed has no on/off button. It is pressed. Just press its [light] with your thumb, and the light will go out.

The Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing. Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather. I would love to go back someday
