Location is near the Fuji Q highland train station. About 10 mins walk. But it took us longer than 10mins due to the summer heat. There is barely any shelter towards the villa so it is recommended to drive. Due to its close proximity to the train station, it’s easy to get to Kawaguchiko lake.
The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. I reached the hotel earlier than the check in time so I left my luggage at the hotel and went out to venture. To my surprise, they already brought in my luggage and even put perishable items into the fridge upon check in!
The amenities are exceptional and there are free alcoholic beverages for consumption. There are many free items like masks and facial products as well. The bath is fully automated and it’s recommended to have a good soak after a day of traveling.
The sukiyaki dinner and breakfast were also great, with large portions and high quality ingredients provided.

Preferably to have a car driven if you can rent or drive if not have to walk quite a long distance if you go on cold weather. Villa was awesome with good service provided and you can really see Mt Fuji view very nicely. They provide delivery and the food quantities and standard were really awesome. They do provide shuttle bus service in the morning and you need to book the timing to different bus terminals around kawaguchiko. Best to travel and stay if you are coming in big groups. Definitely my to stay choice the next time i travel with my friends!

Imagine waking up for the best view of Mount Fuji. You couldn’t ask for more. Enjoying the view just directly from our room with a cup of hot coffee while taking a bath. The hotel also provide private onsen with different themes at level 2 for selection. Dinner with set course is provided at the lobby restaurant, breakfast buffet is delicious as well. We really enjoyed our stay. The showering is located outdoor at the patio just next to the bathtub though, sometimes it is too cold to shower outside. But thankfully the water is strong and hot enough for us to venture and shower outdoors.

Lovely hotel, had all the facilities needed and amenities and the private onsen with different style was really nice we tried one of the onsens. We had the Mt Fuji view balcony which was really nice. Unsure how to use the air conditioning don’t think there was one in our room other than dehumidifier. Bathroom is a good size. Only downside it’s quite far from attractions but shuttle buses are available but need to be booked in advance and only operate limited hours. Overall was a lovely
Stay and the hotel was very luxury with the onsen experience!

Although the style of the room is relatively simple, there is texture in the details. I am very grateful to the lady at the front desk when I checked in for being very patient in helping to check the itinerary. I had Japanese food on the second floor for dinner and it was OK. The breakfast was delicious.

Newly open hotel. Best service I have experienced. Located next to Fuji speedway, this is a hotel built for car enthusiasts. A motor museum is located inside the hotel. And main theme of the hotel is about cars and motorsports. A must visit if you like cars. Recommended.

The facilities are clean and the customer service is wonderful. The rooms are clean, and there is Wifi and USB port facilities for charging (Western room). The buffet-style meals are rich in variety such as local dishes and delicious. Very satisfied hotel depending on the choice of room. Strategy: Mt. Fuji, which you want from the large communal bath, is blocked by pillars, cherry trees, and it is a pity that you need to stand up from the open-air bath, and you can only see the indoor bath from a limited place while taking a bathtub. Therefore, you need to choose a room on the Mt. Fuji side to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel facilities. Hope: It would be even nice if there were Yoshida's udon noodles, seasonal local vegetables, fruits, and local products (milk, cheese, etc.). If you have already used it, the presentation will increase satisfaction as a traveler. I have tea and tea in the room, but I want coffee.

Room accommodations: 4/5 rating - The room is very clean, spacious, and simple. I got the Japanese tatami style room facing Mt. Fuji. It feels like a legit Japanese experience. The bathroom and the entry way is small. Dining: 5/5 rating - The included buffet food is AMAZING! This is by far one of the best buffets I've had in a while. It's simple and nothing crazy, but the food quality is surprisingly good. Service: 4/5 rating - Allows baggage check-in. Great shuttle service to and from key areas in Kawaguchiko. English proficiency is Medium to Low. The staff speak limited English.

Stayed for one night and enjoyed the onse. The onse was man and woman separate. Further there is the possibility for a private onse. Make sure to ask for a private onse with a good view out.

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

Overall it is wide 々 and clean. The amenities were in the room with hairbrush, razor, toothbrush, hair band, cotton, cotton swab and hair rubber. There is no makeup drop, makeup water, etc. in the public bath. There was a sauna in the public bath, but at least two people (there is a corona cherry blossom, and now only one person?) It is a feeling that the person wins early! There were two types of open-air baths and the night view was beautiful. The water server in the dressing room, the good thing is that there is a towel in the bath, so you don't have to bring it out of the room ^^ As a welcome drink in the lobby, mineral water made of a There was an iss coffee.

Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 / 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

This was one of the nicest trips i’ve had in Japan so far. I got a room that had a view of Mount Fuji, was amazing to look at in the morning. The hotel has an old style which has been well preserved and is relatively clean, and a nice bathhouse with a small outdoor hotspring area with a direct view of Fujisan. There is nature all around in the form of hiking trails in the surrounding forests, Yamanakako lake, etc. The food was nice. I was lucky to view a very beautiful sunset while staying here!

- Hygiene is a bit bad, mainly because 1. The hair dryer in the toilet is full of dust and cannot be used. 2. There is also a lot of dust on the TV cabinet and air conditioning panel.
- Indoor environment: Except for hygiene, everything else is great. For example, the room is very large, much larger than hotels in Tokyo, and the suitcase can be unfolded hahaha. There is a shoe cabinet at the entrance of the room and a bathroom next to it. The main area is tatami. The bed, TV and small coffee table are on tatami, which is very unique. My husband and I didn't smell any peculiar smell.
- Outdoor environment: The lake view is great! If you want to see the mountain view, you don’t have to book a mountain view room, because there are large windows on the stairs to take pictures of Mount Fuji🗻
- The service is very good. The ********* sisters at the front desk helped check in, introduced the surrounding restaurants and recreational facilities in detail, and also gave a cute and practical map.
- The facilities are a bit old, but the toilet is a TOTO smart one and has everything it needs.
- There are free hot springs on the first floor. There are separate public hot springs for men and women. I went to experience it! great!

We are glad to have stayed in Fuji Matsuzono Hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 3 and there was a small table with 2 chairs that allowed us to sit around to have some late night snacks and drinks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. When I approached them at 1am for an additional pillow, they immediately attended to the request. The bath area for the onsen was clean and spacious. The amenities provided were also good quality. There is also a great selection of food during breakfast. Most importantly, room was facing Mt Fuji and we managed to get a nice morning view of Mt Fuji when we woke up. The view was spectaculars and there is a nice courtyard that one can take nice photos with Mt fuji in the background. The hotel is also located in a very convenience location. Once you exit the hotel, you will see Lake Yamanakako and there were many eateries nearby, all within walking distance. As we drove, it was also convenience that Lawson and 7-11 is less than 5 min drive away. Will definitely visit again.

A really remarkable hotel in the heart of Fuji City with well appointed and very spacious rooms and large bathrooms that gives excellent service at very fair prices. The hotel provides choice of break fasts either Japanese or Continental with a set menu in the coffee floor on the ground level. Excellent services. The price is just one third of or even less than that of Tokyo hotels. It is definitely a very good and affordable choice for travelers on vacation or on work.

One of the hotels with the biggest room and toilet we've stayed in Japan. Clean and well equipped, even with a coffee machine and laundry basket to put used towels. great view of mt fuji from the 3rd floor deck!! we stayed one night here after spending a day at the Fuji Safari Park... which is a must-see as well!!!

The hotel with free breakfast has experience staying with color 々, but it was the top class delicious among them. However, the restaurant is small, so it may be full soon. Call me waiting in the room, but if you are in a hurry, it is a must-see. The grand Fuji mountain when you open the window. It was a great view. There are few parking lots and in some cases it is far away. In a difficult way, the bathroom was not very clean and there was mold in the corner 々. I don't care particularly, so I will repeat it if I have a chance. There was a large bath, and it was possible to lend it, but the time zone that could be rented was halfway.

Ask the front desk on the 10th floor, the room can see Mount Fuji, the view is very good, ask the price at the front desk is 10,000 yen, Ctrip only costs more than 300 RMB
