Beautiful hotel and rooms. We stayed in an executive room and there was plenty of space to work and enjoy all the views of the 2e neighbourhood. Location was perfect to explore the central part of Lyon. Breakfast buffet was great (fresh fruit, pastries, cereals/granola), not sure about the cooked food because we didn’t try it. beautiful setting. The food with room service was only ok, possibly because compared to the rest of Lyon it wasn’t as incredible, and possibly because the restaurant was undergoing renovations so it was not at full capacity. The spa was small but manageable because we needed to book the time (preventing too many people in there at once). The floors were very slippery and my partner hit his head - I think this needs to be fixed (we were not the only ones slipping everywhere when the floor was wet).

Fabulous hotel. Great staff, beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed, free movies on the tv, don’t need Netflix. We arranged massages before we arrived, which I recommend doing. She was an excellent massage therapist. From the bellboys to the barmen, everyone was fantastic. Five star experience.

This is a fun property. It's an old building that was a hospital before it was converted. The building is spectacular. It was also very clean. The rooms are quite large - by any standard and especially French standards. The space was also very well utilized. The bathroom was similarly large and well laid out. The location is excellent - near the rivers and lots of tourist areas. It's an expensive area but that's not unexpected. The wifi was good and the A/C worked well. The airport is outside the city so it costs about 50-60€ each way. The property was very quiet. They did a nice job insulating the windows to block traffic noise. Bottom line, I would absolutely return.

The service is very good and warm and thoughtful. I heard noise in the room, patiently helped to find, found that the electric car parked outside the building, and will move away. Environment: Very close to the train station and just across the shopping mall. Moreover, this hotel is very high and overlooks Lyon, which is very impressive. And it's very quiet, which I like. Hygiene: No choice, just the quality that Radisson should have. In summary, the money is well spent.

We only sleeped those one night before our cruise starts there. That's why we did not take intensive steps in the preparation. As normal the reception from your receptionists was warm and welcoming, the breakfasts were up to their usual standard and the Polish lady was as friendly and helpful as ever. My usual room (30) was comfortable and of a good size and was clean and tidy when I came back in at night. My only negative is that the wi fi connection is very poor and more often than not I had to use my mobile hot spot to be able to have gmail or a video conference which obviously costs money so perhaps a booster in the corridor would help
