Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to Vila Vita, it's a wonderful hotel, and we found more things to enjoy. For our family it was perfect as there are so many activities to do - pool, beach, sports, health club, children's holiday club, relaxing. There is wide range of on and off site restaurants, which are all great. The rooms are very comfortable and the family room with an extra bedroom and garden terrace suits us to enjoy our evening while our children sleep. And finally you are looked after extremely well and in great comfort.

Where do I start?! This place is extremely special, from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. Andre took us and our luggage to our room which was outstanding, very clean, spacious and quiet. Andre then took us to see some of the hotel which was beautiful, Andre and all staff went the extra mile and we’re very friendly. The hotel is maintained to a high standard, the gardens are gorgeous, nature was everywhere which was lovely, and it was clean every where we went! I honestly don’t know how anyone could fault this place. Highly recommend!

This is a large resort with football field, golf course, children's playground, outdoor swimming pool, hotel single room and family room. We booked a one-bedroom (including kitchen, balcony, living room). The location of the hotel is only a short walk from the attractions. 5 minutes, there is a small road to the beach, which is very convenient. The room particularly pleased me that the kitchen supplies are all available (you only need to buy your own ingredients and ingredients), and there are washing and drying machines. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the waiters were nice. Since we are self-driving, we cannot give advice on public transportation.

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding and the following night - we had always wanted to stay here as we know the area well and we were not disappointed. We had mentioned that we were getting married, and the staff had kindly beautifully decorated our room with flowers and left us a cold bottle of champagne which was a lovely touch. Our room was amazing, a huge terrace with a gorgeous sea view and the room itself had an amazing electronic skylight which meant you could see the stars when lying in bed at night. The breakfast was also fantastic, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, eager to get us anything we wanted (and we saw that they were treating all guests in the same brilliant way). The hotel has a brilliant infinity pool which overlooks the sea and it very relaxing. We loved our stay, it was the perfect way to begin our marriage. A highly recommended hotel! If you drive from Seville to Lisbon, you can stay here for one night! The town is beautiful. This hotel is perfect except for the room! The Michelin restaurant downstairs tastes good too! Especially breakfast, the breakfast is rich and exquisite! The breakfast has fried steak and lamb chops, and the taste is very good! I'll start with the positive. The hotel grounds are beautiful. It has a lot of potential. The drinks have a good selection and the pool staff are always around providing drinks.. We booked the hotel for a babymoon a last min trip for 6 nights. We arrived on Monday was allowed to use the facilities from the moment we arrived including food and drinks. We got to our room after three and whilst it appeared lovely on initial view it wasn't. We had blood on the floor from where someone had cut their foot on a door stopper blood on the under bedsheets. Ants in our room and the sink hadn't been cleaned. We called down and it took someone 2 hours to come and sort this out.. The buffet food is the worst I have ever experienced. Is say this is an upgraded child's menu nothing fancier then that. Mostly cold and the cereal was stale. Thankfully you can book into the Italian resturant and steak House which is what we did for every evening that was slightly better just more options would have been preferable.. however this is more edible then the buffet. They have a snack back for lunch time in addition to the buffet. 3 times the ice cream self service was broken and the ice cream was slushy. The bbq area was however nice. Food again needed improvement but I have learnt this is not really their thing. The pool... don't I booked this hotel mainly as it said heated pool.....no no it's not. Its not heated at all. The manager said that there was a broken component.... Well that's been broken for the entire time we were here. It was such a shame.alas you could get in the pool which was cold but once your in your in..don't expect that to be clean either. We haven't seen one person clean the pool or attempt to clean it.. I could deal with little stones and leaves and the flying bugs. But the woodlice looking things were my limit. I wouldn't even contemplate staying here again its a straight up no. It has SOOOOOOO MUCH POTENTIAL but the staff are overwhelmed and there is an obvious reluctance to put money into this to get it to a 5 star standard they are looking for. I'd suggest this is a 3 star resort maximum

This is a beautiful refurbished hotel . Rooms great size , and we had a terrace balcony. Great bathroom. Breakfast is exceptional with plenty of choice and all very fresh .. choice of fruit great for me and my husband was happy with choice of eggs and omelettes Service was excellent at breakfast and some great staff ! The pool area was lovely but on the 3 days we spent there from 10.30 to 3.30 there were at least 8 sun beds with towels and bags on them that no one ever used .. please look at having staff remove this items after a certain amount of time as we would have loved to have used the soft comfy bed at the pool My husband used the gym but was disappointed that there was no water and nothing to clean or sanitise the gym equipment after use … some sanitising wipes would have been great . A manager actually came down to look as another guest complained but he looked around and left ! We would def return to this hotel as it’s in a fab location , breakfast excellent , beautiful views , bar area lovely . Peaceful and quiet and surrounding areas lovely with plenty of great restaurants
