No doubt this is the best in the areas. Loved the location, cleanliness and service. Would appreciate even more if the water in the shower is stronger and the faucet in the adjacent wall to allow more space to move around without hitting the faucets.

I have spent 14 days in this hotel. Good: 1) The room is pretty spacious 2) Quite lot of parking space (can't reserve it but i never see it full during my stay). 3) Free breakfast of reasonable quality. You can also bring it to hotel room if you want. 4) There are quite a few restaurants in five minutes walk. 5) There is coin-based laundary with dryers on 2nd floor. And you can change coins on the front desk if you don't have. 6) There is a small swimming pool and a gym. 7) The building is not very new but they have renovated it. e.g., The TV in the room is a big flat screen. 7) The room is generally clean. They offer housekeeping service every other day. 8) The room is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, bowls, cups, knife and chopping boards. Basically all utensils for cooking are ready. Nitpicks: 1) The air conditioner is a bit noisy but it is ok for me 2) The socket for TV are broken when I got in. But they have fixed it in a few hours by laying some extension cords around the room so it's considered ok 3) The mattress of the double bed is not pocketed 4) Some minor issues on the elevators sometimes it stayed on the original floor, instead of moving to the target floor (I encountered twice) 5) The bleach of the swimming pool is a bit strong I always got red eyes for a few hours after swimming.

The hotel is very close to the city's main shopping malls, commercial streets, and landmarks. It's also super convenient to get to Stanley Park, just a $10 taxi ride away. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

During our stay the hotel us under renovation. We stay at Ground Floor. Even though we have a window, we had to put the curtains up all the time. And the swimming pool and gym were not available most of our stay. House keeping was provided only twice a week and only once a week the house keeping was for entire room. However, after each house keeping, some of the amenities in the room were missing. One time we were left with 1 coffee mug for the two of us. Another time one garbage bin was missing. Breakfast was good, though. On weekends the breakfast was served from 7:30am instead of 6:30am during the weekdays. One Saturday we had to leave at 6:45am to join a tour so we thought we'd have no breakfast. But then we came across the staff in the restaurant and he heated up two burgers for us to bring along. We are thankful for his help. There was no eating places around. That's một very convenient.

This hotel was very satisfying and offered great value for money. **Facilities:** Pretty good! It even had a kitchen with pots and pans. Although I didn't use them, the facilities were fully equipped, and the room rate was reasonable, which is commendable. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** Nice. There's a car park, and a Quanjude restaurant right downstairs. **Service:** The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke Chinese, which made things a lot easier. The service staff were enthusiastic and proactively offered to help with luggage.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated; the photos might be from when they were brand new, so the actual experience might differ somewhat. The suites were spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast was okay, but there were far too few seats. Our family of three went down at 8 am and there wasn't a single seat available. We slowly got our food and waited another five or six minutes before we could sit down, which was a bit of a disappointment. It seems that bottled water is only free for Happy Hour members; we only realized this after we drank it, but it didn't seem to come with an extra charge.

Good Hotel will stay again . Large room with bath and all equipment working well .Great coffee machine and excellent choice of decaf if required . Good gym but a floor mat would help and good clock with sweep hand for timing is excellent. Paper cups for bathroom and coffee is a real no no had to request a proper cup and we missed request for sheet change.

A very nice and newly renovated hotel . We are checked in by Michael , he is very professional helpful and friendly, make us feel like home . When we checked out by Leanor she is so nice and helpful too. The hotel gives us very good impression and definitely will stay again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a convenient location, and the parking fee is $8 CAD per night, which is quite reasonable. The room was not clean. There was hair on the supposedly clean towels, and the bedside tables were sticky.

Convenient location, free breakfast and parking made my stay really comfortable.
