The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

A safe and convenient location in the downtown of Los Angeles. Just next to Regal cinema and The Crypto. Very very high standard of hygiene and comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. The hotel is located at good spot, close to the metro. The elevator is always busy but staffs are helpful

The room is relatively small and comfortable, but the shower gel in the room ran out and was not replenished in time. The lobby is on the highest floor and the view is okay. You can have a panoramic view of Los Angeles city. There is an outdoor bar on the lobby level with heating lights in winter, so you can take photos of the night view. The waffles for breakfast were delicious, crispy and punchy. The check-in instructions given when checking in stated that there are 30 credits per day, remember to use it, and it cannot be used on the day of departure, so it will be counted from the day of check-in~ Friendly reminder: Remember to check the water bill carefully to see if there are any duplicate taxes and fees when booking with Ctrip😃

Very good hotel with a suite that has everything and nice people. Whole foods store just nearby. Awesome warm pool. Nice gym. Everything you need in the kitchen. Large windows with a lot of sun light and a nice view. Good location with a metro station not far. We were able to explore a lot in LA from this hotel. Minus one star for the discontinued housekeeping. We stayed for over 2 weeks, the room gets nasty without cleaning. We felt the management used covid situasion as an excuse to save money as they could still clean for extra charge.

The room was small, but the overall service was still ok. The first night the room was a bit noisy facing the night market, and the second night was changed to another corner with a view. The hotel design details are full, but most are public spaces, the hotel room design is general, unless you spend a big price to live in a suite

I planned stay 1 night but I stayed for while the trip in LA. in bathroom everything perfect Bedlinen super fresh and soft bed Style of room just cool Size a small but it’s acceptable Lovely restaurant downstair with good coffee at bar Location is convenient , next to Loui , Italian restaurant, and around the corner of the house bar with life music , excellent jazz band concert Ah I love it , definitely I’ll came beck
