I had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around.
The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

The service here was truly excellent 👍. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.

First time we are staying at The Cliff, all the staff at The Cliff are so nice and well trained.
We really enjoy our villa, they are so kind to arrange villa with wonderful view, we even can see the fireworks from Beach Club. But if you are a light sleeper, be aware buggies car will park there and staff will cleaning up (hard working) until midnight. So little bit noisy.
One thing I would like to raise the question is : Why do you charge for the latte and espresso for breakfast? I do not see it at 4-5 stars hotel/resort.

The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, i love the design of this resort. one dissatisfaction is with the internet service during my recent stay a, Unfortunately the internet was extremely slow and unreliable, making it impossible for us to use it smoothly through phones or watching tv. smart TV could not function properly due to the poor internet quality. we were forced to use 10GB of our phone’s data just to watch Netflix on the TV yesterday.

At first, the air conditioner in the room leaked all over the floor, and they didn't change it. After a round of communication, they changed it to a twin room. The bed was small, but it was clean. The swimming pool downstairs was nice, but it might be off-season, so there were not many people. It's very close to the muddy river, just a few minutes walk away!

Everything is excellent, but the breakfast is the most meager of all that I have seen in Asia, this is the case when a hotel is more expensive does not mean it is better, the rest of the hotel is 5+, Saturday buffet dinner 550 dong is worth it, it was gorgeous, but one Saturday is not enough, here you go if there was such a buffet every evening, then you can close your eyes for breakfast, thank you

The hotel staff are friendly and give me snacks every night. When I eat breakfast, the cat acts cute and makes me feel good in the morning!! The swimming pool is so open and pretty and the sunrise is crazy~!~!

Самый лучший отель в Муйне, отдыхаем в нем не первый раз. Отель находится в самом центре поселка, кафе, магазинчики, аптеки и проч начинаются прямо на выходе с территории отеля. Персонал выше всяких похвал, любая просьба выполняется моментально. Очень чистая ухоженная территория, на пляже и возле бассейна всегда есть свободные лежаки (отель был полностью заполнен), работник несколько раз в день выравнивает песок. Есть счастливые часы когда можно получить бесплатно мороженое в кафе на пляже. Очень вкусные завтраки и обслуживание за завтраком, очень вкусные блинчики пекут. Нам дали ваучеры на 2 бесплатных массажа в spa отеля. При выезде (мы выезжали после завтрака) дали нам в дорогу бутерброды, фрукты, водичку. Контингент отеля большей частью европейцы, немного китайцев, немного русских. Обязательно еще вернемся❤️

Excellent bungalows on the first coastline, clean private beach with comfortable sun loungers from the hotel, cool swimming pool, drowning in greenery. The design of the hotel territory reminds something Balinese. Super service, which is traced in the details. Breakfasts-buffet, usual European standard, everything is quite decent. We were satisfied with our stay in this hotel.
