Sheer excellence is the only way to describe the experience at the Hazelton Hotel. My wife and I have stayed a few times, and the service is stellar on each occasion. All team members in their respective departments pay the highest attention to the smallest detail. Special mention goes to the below staff members who have always provided amazing service: Toni, Concierge Maira, Concierge Elaine, Richard, Chantal, Lucas at One Restaurant Michael and Andre in Valet Parking Hazel - Housekeeping The Hazelton Hotel was most recently voted the number one luxury hotel in all of Canada by Trip Advisor. If you stay here, you will see why.

When staying at the hotel, the front desk informed that all non-alcoholic beverages in the mini-bar are free because they have been prepaid.
After that, bring some desserts.
Someone knocked on the door at night, asking if a turndown service was needed.
Before leaving, I was told that there are additional charges: facility charge $12, Neighbourhood Mktg $4.89. This is required upon check-in.

The staff at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto made this vacation so memorable for our family. From the time we checked in, Devan worked to provide us with an amazing room & make us feel welcome. We appreciate his efforts. Our son turned 8 the day before we arrived. They left a balloon and special dessert for him in the room. We cannot say enough nice things about the Club Lounge staff. Olga, Emma and Oana welcomed us each day and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Rose & Pricilla were incredibly kind to get to know our family and ask about any needs we may have had. Rose even had popcorn and snacks sent to our room for a movie night for our family. Additionally, she contacted a special bar (BarChef) nearby to make a reservation. You can tell that it is important that her guests enjoy their experiences. I had the chance to meet the club floor manager, Max Reidel, and he too was extremely gracious with everything. I encourage other travelers to book the Club Lounge for your stay. I spent a day at the spa and was impressed with my massage, the staff and atmosphere. Our family also had the afternoon tea one day - it was delicious! We can't wait to come back. We will book the Club Lounge for sure!

I went to Celebrate my birthday during the weekend at the Ritz. We had the best experience. Loved the new menu at Epoch, it needed an update! I want to thank Alejandro Orta, he really went above and beyond to make my visit unforgettable. Thank you Alejandro!

A beautiful hotel. The lobby is tall, and the overhead looks like snowflakes are falling. The paintings and handicrafts in the room are condensed.
Toiletries are Le Labo.
It has a shower room and a large off-white bathtub.
Located in Yorkville, Toronto's most high-end community.
Metro station Bloor-Yonge is 400 meters away.

Shangri-La Hotel is headquartered in Hong Kong. Shangri-La in Toronto has a unique Chinese charm right in the city center. Even the handle of the wardrobe is engraved with the traditional Chinese characters ”Qianlong Tongbao”.
The large sculpture at the door is by a Chinese artist. There are many Chinese calligraphy and paintings hanging inside the door.
Toiletries are L'Occitane.
Multiple coffee capsules, fragrant.

The hotel has only 17 floors, and the others are apartments, which are generally good - swimming pool 🏊🏻 sauna - gym is great👍👍👍 But the use of lockers in the locker room is inside the cabinet door, so pay attention to it! The free amount of breakfast is 112 dollars, and if you exceed it, you may pay the difference yourself. The hotel lobby is far from Shangri-La in China! Maybe the national conditions are different.

Possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. However, I can’t give full 5 stars to Hotel St. Regis Toronto for reasons that I’ll explain later. On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. Readily accessible through RideShare apps too. Regarding staff, they were super friendly and helpful, in our experience. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be <10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing. I think the hotel should make more of an eff

Prime location in the city center.
The room has a coffee machine, 6 different flavors of coffee capsules, and a kettle. There are many four-star and five-star hotels in Toronto, but they usually only have coffee machines and no kettles.
There is a bathtub and a shower room. Wet and dry separation.
Scales are provided in the restrooms.
When I asked if I needed a newspaper when I checked in, I chose Vancouver Sun.

Our only sadness about the place was that the pool and other facilities were closed, but we didn't go for the pool. They were able to let us use the nearby Delta, which was nice but we didn't want to go outside of the complex for that. Common thing that happens in December/January so we weren't too shocked. We were on the club floor for the hors d'oeuvres, for what you get compared to other high end chains that offer this, we noticed there was much more choice of food items. The lounge seemed to be a little dirty and shabby, the chairs have not been steam cleaned for quite some time, you could see the dirt in the morning sunlight where people have wiped their hands on the furniture over the years. We noticed the little things, and on one of the hot table stations they missed a small speck of the curry sauce from the night before on the edge of the serving dish. It didn't affect the food quality, nor did it warrant a complaint, but attention to detail could be a little better on the part of the kitchen staff. The customer service was amazing at this hotel, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Despite all this, we will be back.

The hotel is centrally located with the CN Tower and Rogers Stadium right outside the window.
The lobby of the hotel is very stylish, and there are many enchanting and imaginative beauties hanging pictures.

The location is unrivaled and excellent, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic, and as a ”cleanliness” I am also very satisfied with the hygiene. There are two disadvantages: the subway in room 535 is too loud, there is a subway passing through the underground every few minutes, it is very noisy! The shower water in the bathroom is too small, which is very unpleasant. Therefore, if you come again, you will definitely not choose 535 and similar rooms.

Park Hyatt Hotel is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient to travel around. There are many kinds of meals around, and there are also many large department stores. The hotel is an old international chain hotel. The service is very good. There is a Chinese reception service. The room facilities are very new. There is a tourist bar on the 17th floor, where you can enjoy downtown Toronto.

We found the hotel to be beautiful, our room elegant and spacious. The location is an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go and close to the train station. We loved the food and drinks in the hotels restaurants and bar. It was a great trip! Bonus, the view from the hotel's 44th floor was the best we found in Toronto!

Excellent service and always with friendliness and professionalism. Room spacious and very clean. Modern decor. Only dropped a star as quite noisy due to building work next door and opposite. Not your fault I know.

I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service.
First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it.
Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason
is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning.
It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here
again if I come to this city again.Thank you.Sincerely yours a guest.

Fantastic hotel! Great location - close to the concert venue we were attending. The room had a wonderful view of the lake - couldn't be better! Kertricia at the front desk was wonderful - we will definitely stay there again. Now our favourite place to stay in Toronto!

Fantastic service, super-clean and spacious rooms, great views, and lovely amenities! The only problem encountered was the tv remote was not working properly in the room; it was too late to call down to ask for a maintenance call by the time I discovered this, but I have confidence they would have fixed the issue right away.
Used the indoor/outdoor pool, even though it was frigidly cold. Was very enjoyable. Would have liked to see the pool floor cleaned a little better as there was some debris. Couldn't seem to turn on the light in the sauna while I was there, but it was pleasantly warm nonetheless.
Tried the Frenchy's bar for the first time, and the cocktails were delicious, the service top-notch.
Happy to visit again!

Truly excellent stay at the Hilton Downtown Toronto! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the amenities are top notch. While we didn't partake of the new French restaurant onsite, it looked stylish and inviting. The fitness centre has ample machines and weights in good shape available for use. The pool is small and outdoors only, but it's still pretty great for a downtown Toronto hotel.
I will be staying here again for sure! 😊
