Хочу сказать, что это лучший отель в России, из тех, где мы побывали! Говорю без прикрас. Не было ни одного вопроса, ни по какому вопросу 1)Расположение наилучшее. Метро 50 метров. Дендрарий и начало прекрасной набережной, по которой ты доходить до Плотинки(центр) , напротив. Огромный торговый центр Гринвич(в нем круглосуточный супермаркет с наилучшим ассортиментом) -соседнее здание. Хорошие рестораны, которых много в Екатеринбурге, в шаговой доступности. 2)Персонал отличный. Доброделательный, отвечали на все вопросы, давали рек, не отказывались ни в одной просьбе. 3)номера чистые, светлые, хороший необычный(во французском стиле) ремонт, достаточные по наполнению:чайник, чашки, бокалы, чай, халаты, тапочки, все мыльно-рыльные принадлежности. Стулья, столик, шкаф, сейф, телевизор, небольшой холодильник, утюг и доска, средства для обувиХорошо регулируемый кондиционер, ножницы, нитки-иголки, шторы достаточные для затемнения, на балконе стол , 2 стула, пепельница, кто курит это важно. Белье, матрас, полотенце чистое. Меняли полотенца каждый день. .4) сам отель имеет свою парковку, внутренний приятный зелёный дворик . Круглосуточно! чай, кофе из кофе машины, круассаны, печенье, конфеты( никогда не заканчивались) , самодельный, каждый день разный лимонад , много игр и книги в зоне отдыха (диван, стулья, столики). Есть спа, массажист, массажное кресло (сами не ходили, но гости говорили, что отлично5) посетили). На рецепшн предложили зонты, увидев что собирается дождь . Стенд с множеством экскурсий и культурных мероприятий (не пользовались, все заказали заранее). 5)завтрак отличный!!!! Мало того, что великолепный шведский стол(овощи, фрукты, колбасы, сыры, блины,сосиски, яйца, запеканка, селёдка с картошечкой, салаты 1 или 2 (венигрет, столичный, крабовый, оливье), йогурты, выпечка(круассаны, булочки, наполеон и т.д), вафлтюи с рыбой, сэндвичи. 2 вида соков, морс. Так ещё и можно бесплатно заказать по меню:8 или 9 позиций. Типа жульена, пирога с мясом, сырники, 2 вида очень вкусного омлета, треска под сыром, бутерброд с яйцом пашот, рулеты (типа шаверма), яичницу с чем хочется. И все это быстро и очень вкусно. Шампанское каждое утро! Ещё раз, спасибо огромное этому отелю. Если будем в Екатеринбурге, то только в нем. Будем рекомендовать всем. Кстати, гид, когда мы сказали, где живёт и куда заехать, сказал :”О.. Это лучший выбор!” А он работает с туристами более 25 лет, в том числе с иностранцами.

Проживали в отеле с подругой с 30 по 31 мая 2026г. Была бы возможность, остались бы ещё! Отель оставил только положительные впечатления: чистый номер, уютный и стильный интерьер всего отеля, доброжелательный персонал! Выбрали стандартный номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, каждой предоставляется махровый халат, тапочки, полотенца, шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло, зубная щетка и паста. Утюг и фен в номере, окна выходили на трамвайные пути, спать не мешало, как писали в других отзывах. Удивило наличие увлажнителя воздуха. Завтрак был включен, он был отличный! Не разделяю отзывов, где пишут, что он скудный! Бутерброды с красной икрой, тарталетки с рыбой и игристое подтверждают обратное! Локация отеля просто топ, соседствует с Гринвичем, до основных достопримечательностей рукой подать, отдельное спасибо за парковочное место! Огромное благодарность за лучший отдых! Вернемся ещё!
