I had such a wonderful stay at Raffles Sentosa. My butlers, Ronnie and Christopher, really made the experience special - they always seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. A real highlight was my 10pm bath every night, which they prepared perfectly. With all the rain during my stay, it was exactly what I needed to wind down. Breakfast at Empire Grill has really improved as well. I couldn’t go without the salmon eggs benedict and the crêpe - both were spot on every morning. I had dinner at the Empire Grill and Royal China as well this time which was perfect for hosting my guests. I also had a massage with Feifei, which was fantastic. She’s excellent and I’d highly recommend her to anyone staying at the resort. All in all, it was a memorable stay with those little touches that make Raffles feel so special.

We were there for a night to attend the Lady Gaga concert. After we checked out, we weren't even allowed to stay at the cafe for a cup of coffee as the cafe staff said we were no longer staying guests. 

The hotel is themed around luxury and offers excellent service, but some details make it feel less cost-effective. For example, it didn't even provide phone charging facilities. As a newly opened hotel, it needs to improve in this area.

This hotel is absolutely delightful; everything from the environment to the service deserves a perfect score. It's my preferred choice whenever I visit Singapore. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom villa due to a noise issue from the next room, and I'm very grateful for the staff's attentive care. The document printing service in the lobby was also a pleasant surprise. I truly enjoyed my four-day stay here.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, truly stunning. The service is exceptional. Every room comes with a dedicated butler, so you really don't have to worry about language barriers. It's an especially wonderful experience if you're traveling with kids.

Is it necessary to describe the delight of the view from the observation deck and from the pool? You need to see this with your own eyes, because the photo does not convey even half of the beauty that the eye sees. 💸 It is expensive. 💸 ☺️ Marina Bay Sands is my dream come true. I recently stayed at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, offering seamless check-in and a refreshing welcome drink. The room was immaculate, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Marina Bay. The elegant design, paired with high-end amenities like Bottega Veneta toiletries and a Nespresso machine, made the stay both luxurious and comfortable. The bed was plush and perfect for a restful night. One of the standout experiences was the rooftop pool and Lantern bar. Watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand, overlooking the Marina Bay Sands light show, was unforgettable. The hotel's central location made exploring the city effortless—most major attractions were within walking distance. Dining at La Brasserie was another highlight. The French menu was well-curated, and breakfast offered a diverse spread of international and local dishes. I also highly recommend the afternoon tea at The Landing Point—beautiful presentation and rich flavors. Although there’s no on-site spa, the hotel arranged a complimentary limousine to its sister property, The Fullerton Hotel, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The hotel staff service on check in is very good and room was upgraded from the deluxe suite to premium suite by the reception. Room is excellent and the facilities provided in the room is excellent. Super comfy bed mattress and slept very well. The hotel to the Genting Sentosa resort ****** is just within the same hotel building.

Boutique hotel located centrally with unique interior design. Enjoyed the tapas style food prepared by their Chef during cocktail hour. Service at sister hotel- Maxwell Reserve's cafe, was lacklustre (staff was inattentive and not prompt). However, we really appreciated the service from a few staff over at Duxton Reserve. In particular Joel and his Indian teammate. They were friendly and attentive to details (e.g. remembering names and preference of drinks). Their service exemplified the qualities of hospitality truly. If you are looking for a place with a unique design, peace and quiet, and don't mind the lack of facilities (e.g. pool/gym), give this a shot. Otherwise, you are better off trying other places

This hotel truly offers an oasis of calm despite its central location. However, the rooms felt quite cramped and wouldn't be ideal for two adults and a child; they're perfectly suited for one or two guests. The breakfast and afternoon tea offerings were of good quality. Although there's no on-site gym, guests can use the facilities at the larger sister hotel nearby, which can get quite busy. The hotel boasts a rich historical character and is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Imbiah Station. Still, the compact nature of the rooms was a significant drawback.
