The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.

Usually, the accommodation is in poor condition than you can see in the photo, but the actual site here was much better. It was so neat, clean and comfortable to go after resting. During a long trip, the washing machine was a god's hand. And it was not induction, it was cast, so it was great to eat and eat. The location is good and the neighborhood is very quiet.

O atendimento foi outro ponto alto: a Cristina, Front Office Manager, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, nos mostrou com atenção todas as instalações do hotel, incluindo o SPA, o que foi um diferencial na nossa estadia. Recomendamos fortemente para quem deseja conhecer Trapani com conforto, estilo e um atendimento impecável.

Everything excellent, parking available 8-24 only, what might be problem when needed to have car before 8.

A fabulous hotel. We stayed in a room with a balcony which was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choice. Staff were happy and want to help you. They gave us some ideas for different types of restaurants, one that we went to was a pizza restaurant, it was the best pizza I have ever eaten! The hotel is centrally located to the port and the beaches, right in the middle of the roads to take you to the shops. It is quiet with a large car park (payable) and a garden type piazza. There is a fabulous bakery/cafe attached to the building. I would definitely stay again. Do check your rooms though as this is a converted hotel from a very old building so each room is slightly different in shape and size.

We chose to stay in the glamping tent. Everything was great although minor inconveniences such as the lack of electric points and shower which doesn't flow very well but it's meant to be glamping so I can overlook that. Service staff was excellent and very helpful. I am overall happy with the place and had the opportunity to stay in this lovely place

The hotel has large rooms (at least ours were), halls and smaller stairs. There is a kind of common room/kitchen in every floor and a ”autonomous” bar with living in the latest floor. Girl at the reception very available. Health services with all the necessary, everything very clean. Negative sides: uncomfortable mattress, not completely open window, room faced on the road with rooms so a little noisy in the evening

I was not able to live it in full, but I had to leave for personal reasons. The only neo the mattress a little uncomfortable and read a little too low

Excellent cleaning and reception with excellent indications where to go to dinner.Excellent breakfast all fresh,the only bad if you can consider the buffet lack of cucumbers that went out at 2/3 pieces .

Must give bad reviews, the front desk staff attitude is bad, obviously I set a breakfast sea view room, actually told that there is no breakfast, give me the room is a corner facing the corner, very very poor experience.
