The park is located in the center of Weihai, at the foot of Xikuagu Mountain, leaning against the mountains. Huancui Building was built in the Ming Dynasty, with painted towers, carved beams, and eaves. It was bombed by Japanese invaders in 1944. Today's Huancui Building was rebuilt on the original site in 2008. The main building has three floors, the roof is covered with glazed tiles, Xieshan-style eaves, and carved hollow windows.
