But what truly made my stay special was the excellent service. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, making me feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, they ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Kumararaja Yelagiri to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Yelagiri.

During the check in, they made us waited for 20 minutes even though we visited by 1:45 pm. Room was neat and clean. Visited the bar and they charged extra vat with gst which was not applicable. When asked to meet manager to get a clarification, none of them visited. Breakfast has many variety but taste was not upto the mark. During the check out they said they will charge penalty for smoking. But we didn't smoke inside the room. When asked for explanation, they again inspected the room and confirmed not smoked in the room and removed the penalty from the bill. Being the itc group, service was not up to the mark.FromAU$65

The road to this hotel is bit difficult. But, they have the nameboard with direction in every corner which helps. In the morning they send message with google map location and how to find the hotel. Also, the menu to help you order in advance. The rooms are good. I booked three elite rooms, they where good. Bathroom was clean and large. I loved the woodwork. Every door, bed, cupboard, dresser, bathroom mirror everything was so beautifully carved in wooden. As per the theme of hotel (a fort. The food was budget friendly and was good. The rooms are distributed in different clusters and seems isolated at times. The breakfast was included in package but had only limited options with no live dish option. Our stay at darling residency, vellore was excellent. We enjoyed a lot. The people at the hotel are very courteous, food at restaurant was good. Room service was good. Room was very clean and comfortable stay.

During the check in, they made us waited for 20 minutes even though we visited by 1:45 pm. Room was neat and clean. Visited the bar and they charged extra vat with gst which was not applicable. When asked to meet manager to get a clarification, none of them visited. Breakfast has many variety but taste was not upto the mark. During the check out they said they will charge penalty for smoking. But we didn't smoke inside the room. When asked for explanation, they again inspected the room and confirmed not smoked in the room and removed the penalty from the bill. Being the itc group, service was not up to the mark.

My special word of thanks to make-my trip for understanding our cancellation on healthgrounds and sanctioned refund though not strictly eligible. It has been a great gesture by make-my trip and we really owe you
