Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations.
The hotel is located in the very center. Very nice hall, everything is clean and very stylish. The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5!
The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable.
As for the recreation area with the pool. We were very surprised that they did not let us in with berries! We had raspberries and blackberries with us. They said that you can't bring your own food, only order something in their restaurant. But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come ”from the street” and buy a ticket to the pool. In general, for this price you can find a better option. Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.
We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.From£59

This is a local five-star hotel. The walls and floors of the bathroom are made of Armenia's unique beige and pink volcanic rocks. I personally like it and think it is very distinctive, but my fat son complained that the holes are too big and not smooth enough; the sanitary ware is not from the high-end brands generally used by international five-star hotels but a local brand, so the user experience is slightly inferior, which was also complained by my fat son. But even a picky person like him admits that the buffet breakfast is first-rate (the opening hours are 7:30-11:00, which should actually be considered brunch): unlimited salmon; several local hot dishes are changed every day; various dried fruits and fresh fruits are of excellent quality. In recent years, we have traveled almost all over the surrounding areas, including Turkey, Russia, India, Egypt, Iran, the Arabian Peninsula, etc., all of which are in-depth tours, adding up to more than half a year. We are familiar with the agricultural products of these regions. In this hotel, we have eaten high-quality dried apricots and very sweet and sour prunes; Russian side dishes are also top-notch, and pickles are only two or three centimeters long; as well as blue cheese, high-quality air-dried beef, top-quality bacon, etc. ... The hammam, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were a lifesaver in rainy and cool weather. You can order food to your room, it’s very tasty and fast! There is a bar where they will prepare the most delicious oriental coffee or you can treat yourself to Armenian wine, the prices are reasonable! All at the highest level! The room has snow-white bed linen, towels and bathrobes with slippers, a very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is a nice hotel and is located in a very close location.
Despite the high potential of the hotel, there were some criticisms:
- on the first day we found out the clothes we used in the box and on the other day a piece wet on the cottage;
- at breakfast there was almost nothing to eat (30 minutes were still missing at the end); we had to complain and the next day things improved;
- the room temperature was not well adjustable;
- at the SPA at 21:00, we did not find towels and Turkish sauna and bathroom were not well functioning (the first had no indoor light and the second was not warm enough).
Despite complaints, the hotel manager didn't think he would honour us for something to apologize in any way, but he just tried to solve the problems (not always successfully).

Pros:
1) large area
2) amazing view from the window
3) a nice terrace where you can sit in the fresh air.
Minuses:
1) Can’t pick up WiFI in the bedroom
2) There are no accessories for brushing teeth, apparently because this is not a hotel
3) The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom wall and the elevator mechanism was loudly heard all night, I had to sleep on the sofa.
4) When I checked in, they said the roof was undergoing repairs. But it turned out there was a full-fledged construction going on there with perforation, demolition of structures and construction of new ones. It was impossible to listen to the sound of a hammer drill all day and demolishing walls; even the sofa and table vibrated. The work has just begun, so I highly recommend the 12th floor in the near future (unless of course you come just to sleep).From£44

Very large hotel. Very clean, friendly staff will to engage. Very professional and helpful Receptionist. It's a bit of a distance to down Town, but plenty of taxies, cheap and reliably. Did not use the spay or Pool. I would stay again when in Yaravan.From£44

The hotel was absolutely stunning! Everything was top-notch — from the elegant design to the perfect cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and every detail felt luxurious. A special thanks to Joseph from the staff — he was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. He truly made our stay even better. The hotel is very centrally located in Yerevan. Check-in was straightforward. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lovely salads and plenty of fruit. There was a great selection of cheeses. The cold cuts platters also looked good, but I don't eat sausage, so I can't comment on the taste. The pastries were varied. I mainly ate lavash and Armenian flatbread. The coffee and juices were excellent. The hotel also had a clean pool and sauna, which I used frequently. Everything was spotless there as well. The reception staff were always happy to help with any questions. If I ever return to Yerevan, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.From£58

The room area is relatively large, but the furniture and other facilities are old, especially the bed is relatively small. Впервые транзитная остановка в г. Ереван. По отзывам нашла и остановилась в данном отеле. Что самое главное и за что большой плюс: расположение отеля в центре города, в шаговой доступности главные красоты Еревана. Второй плюс- это вкусные завтраки от Нарине. Это очень вкусно и по-домашнему сделано с душой. Ей огромное спасибо. При входе в отель, нас радушно встретили, регистрация заняла несколько минут и багаж быстро доставили в номер. Постельное белье чистое, номер небольшой. Все необходимое есть, туалетные принадлежности в достатке. Один минус, в стандартном номере очень маленькая ванная комната, расстояние от унитаза и биде до душевой кабины меньше 500 см. Очень неудобно пользоваться унитазом при такой планировке ванной, но для короткого пребывания это вполне терпимо. В целом мы остались отелем довольны. Рекомендую к бронированию!!From£52
