The hotel is near Yerevan University. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the socialist ladder. Along the road is the presidential palace (possible) and the embassy district. The buildings are very beautiful.
Hotel service is very warm. When we arrived, the room was not good. The front desk invited us to sit on the sofa and provided us with free drinks. No matter what coffee or juice is made for you. I thought I was going to pay.
The hotel is a boutique hotel, not a large chain hotel, but the boss (manager) is very attentive. Although the breakfast cannot be as large as the chain hotel, we ate for 4 days. Every day, there is a new dish that is not heavy. The front desk and the service staff say hello every time they meet. Very friendly Okay.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, although not far from the central square. The rooms are not so many, so very comfortable. The room is clean, everything worked. Four or five churchhells have been smiling especially in the evening. Sometimes I have been using the pool. Individual thanks to girls with the resepshne for helping to solve personal issues with obtaining documents in the state bodies of the RA. Never thought, What the regular (it turns out that unusual) hotel staff can provide such troubleshooting. What do we do without you? Thank you again for support. I'm very satisfied with this hotel, but the bathroom is a bit small. There are not many varieties of breakfast but the taste is good. There is a bar where they will prepare the most delicious oriental coffee or you can treat yourself to Armenian wine, the prices are reasonable! All at the highest level! The hotel is new, located on the mountain: large rooms, huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. Very clean, excellent service, friendly staff.
The hotel has a nice large gym, a 25m pool and a second 50m outside, there is a spa area.

The hotel is located in the very center. Very nice hall, everything is clean and very stylish. The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5!
The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done.
I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience.
The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break.

The hotel is very centrally located in Yerevan. Check-in was straightforward. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with lovely salads and plenty of fruit. There was a great selection of cheeses. The cold cuts platters also looked good, but I don't eat sausage, so I can't comment on the taste. The pastries were varied. I mainly ate lavash and Armenian flatbread. The coffee and juices were excellent. The hotel also had a clean pool and sauna, which I used frequently. Everything was spotless there as well. The reception staff were always happy to help with any questions. If I ever return to Yerevan, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.FromNZD 119

Arrived at 3 am. They put me in a room where someone was sleeping 😀 . About 30 minutes later they gave me a room. Everything is clean. No extra smells. The guys at the reception during the day are adequate. I wrote everything in advance, it is unpleasant to wait so much at night (for this I took off 1 star). In the room there is a minibar, tea and coffee, a kettle. A robe. In my room for two there was 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny shower gel and soap, a toothbrush. A room for two! It was possible to put this for two at least. Total: it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi for 1600 money. The bus is 2 km from the hotel. It is not the center. Разочарована. Номера очень уставшие. Да, просторные. Но стены грязные. Кровать местами с отколами. Унитаз не смывает. На завтрак съедобные только сосиски и яйцо вкрутую. Ни каш, ни яичницы и омлета нет. В целом оценю на 3 звезды. Остановлюсь ли еще раз? Не уверена. Разве что на 1 ночь переночевать и позавтракать в соседнем кафе.FromNZD 92

|5.38km from city centerThe hotel is new, located on the mountain: large rooms, huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. Very clean, excellent service, friendly staff.
The hotel has a nice large gym, a 25m pool and a second 50m outside, there is a spa area.
I definitely recommend the hotel, but you need to understand that it is not in the center, we took a taxi to the center and rented a car for trips out of town.
