Entry to thermal bath for hotel guests. Of course chargeable.

Kolejny pobyt w tym wspaniałym hotelu.Wg mnie najlepszym w Zakopanym.Pokoj.Otoczenie.Wygodne łóżko.Cisza i spokój.Bylem wielokrotnie i obserwuję jednak powolny spadek jakości usług.Sniadania już nie z karty,tylko z bufetu plus Live Cooking,gdzie Pani nie chce zrobić jajecznicy.Majonez w dużym pojemniku,tak obsmażonych,że trzeba przebić się ;( do świeżego.Najwieksze rozczarowanie to lobby bar i beznadziejna obsługa,a raczej jej brak w pustym barze,przez barmana.Przez 25 minut nie dostaliśmy karty,gdy podeszłem do baru,wdał się w arogancka dyskusję z ironicznym uśmiechem.Tego nie spotkałem w tym hotelu nigdy!!!
