房間很破舊，屋裡有很多蚊蟲，樓道也不隔音，之前訂錯了時間 提前一週就和攜程説了很多次要更換入住時間但都無果！直到入住酒店那天前台答應了免費更換，打電話過去攜程不相信我當著他們語音問的酒店工作人員，並讓他們前台的主管經理在我寫的上面簽了兩次字證明發給了攜程！攜程收到後中午十一點多打電話過來説是可以換但是中間商要求收取五十美金，由於當天我已經在去錫瓦的路上 我説不是説免費換嗎？攜程客服説那您等我消息他再幫我和中間商爭取一下，我一直滿懷希望，但沒想到當地晚上八點多接到電話就説您的酒店不能更改了，錢也退不回來！我打電話投訴，後來才知道是中間商和攜程發郵件説12:30之前要求付款更改否則將被取消，但攜程沒有把消息告訴我，導致我損失了一晚酒店費用！攜程客服辯解説是因為我沒有同意交付五十美金，我説你們有錄音 我哪句話説不同意？你們什麼時候和我説要求立刻交錢？不交會被取消！我衹是不滿意為什麼説好的免費還要交五十美金，並不是不同意交付五十美金！我上哪花這點錢去住一晚五星級酒店？攜程卻説這是認知問題，不滿意就等於不同意，耽誤時間沒交錢是我的問題！我不知道攜程這些年的客服是怎麼了？素質太低了，明明不佔理的地方，還要狡辯！

What can we say the resort was well above our expectations The staff members are excellent and respectful … nothing too much trouble for them The rooms are spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Shower was very powerful and hot The food was amazing … so much choice …. Desserts were out of this world Staff in restaurant areas very attentive but respectful of your privacy as well There is great attention to detail throughout the hotel and in the grounds itself Didn’t have time to sample the pool due to busy itinerary but it looked very inviting and exceptionally clean We haven’t got anything bad to say about this hotel it was an exceptional experience and would have no hesitation in returning Thank you to everyone for your hospitality

Yesterday I tried with my family the Italy restaurant in Swiss Inn. It's amazing. The food is beautiful and prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and staff is very delicious. My room was cleaned perfectly. I recommend this hotel a 100%!

If only there was a six star review.. ❤️ Great atmosphere and vibes. Food is very delicious, all the staff are friendly and helpful, very comfortable seating, strong wind didn't affect any furniture, food was great, portions as well. mixed salad platter and freeka and everything was to our liking.
