Lovely comfortable room , all clean and modern. Well positioned to get around town too. Hosts could not be more helpful, breakfast was Scottish, tasty 😋 and generous. Loved my short stay

Great guesthouse with lovely clean and fresh rooms. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. David and Marion are fantastic hosts and so welcoming. Good central location and reasonably priced. No hesitation in staying again. I forgot to pack my shoes and Dave tracked me down at a nearby coffee shop and dropped them off !!

Conveniently located. Nice and clean. Accessible by local bus.
Had to climb two floors to get to the room with heavy bags. Check and request room on lower floor if carrying heavy bags.

Well run B&B. Super clean and comfortable. Dave and Marion very welcoming. Central location and good VFM. Really good breakfast. Cosy room. Would definitely recommend. Will be back. It was lovely to chat with Dave over breakfast. Really looked after guests

The room is beautiful bed is comfy. Marion and Dave are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, multiple choice breakfast great. Shower was hot just the way we like it. Local car parking not a problem.

Lovely guest house. Really nice part of Aberdeen. Room nice size for single occupant. On suite. Spotless! Ample breakfast. Hosts were so helpful. I will definitely be back here when I next visit my friend in Aberdeen.
