Ailem ile bir gece kaldık. 4 kişi. Personeller çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Otel bina olarak eski (genel olarak konumunda ki tüm yapılar eski yapı) temizlik yeterli, bence mobilyalar, tv yenilenmeli. Camlara sineklik takılmalı. Kahvaltı açık büfe, çeşit bol beğendim. Tam fiyat performans oteli. Memnun kaldık.

Für den Preis hätte man viel besseres finden können. Die Lage an sich nicht schlecht, Mitte in der Stadt. Nettes Personal. Infrastruktur, Möbel, Klimaanlage und so weiter ist schrecklich.

Resepsiyon, otopark hizmeti, kapıdaki ilgi çok iyiydi. Kahvaltıda sürekli müşterilere ihtiyacınız var mı diye soran bir beyefendi var. Kahvaltıda sunulan, daha önceden pişirilmiş ve buzdolabında bekletilmiş patates kızartması ve haşlama yumurtaların varlığı dışında genel anlamda iyi. Patates kızartmasını elleriyle tabağına doldurmaya çalışan misafir araplar beni rahatsız etti. Odaların dizaynı çok iyi, ancak temizlik konusu eh işte. Genel anlamda birkaç gün için konaklanabilir.

Hotel muito não corresponde o que demonstra nas fotos. Antigo. Localização central mas muito barulho ruidoso com as buzinas do carros mesmo com janelas e portas fechadas o barulho é perturbador. Não há blackout e com a claridade das luzes da rua o quarto fica super claro. Não havia cabides no armário e depois que solicitei à recepção trouxeram apenas dois cabides. O puxador da porta do armário praticamente solto colado com uma fita isolante. Havia televisão no quarto mas sem controle remoto e não pude ligar a televisão. Para piorar a situação ainda fiquei preso pelo lado de dentro do apartamento porque a fechadura apresentou defeito é um funcionário do hotel teve que abrir a porta por fora. No banheiro não havia sabonete e os rolos de papel higiênico já haviam sido utilizados e estavam pela metade. O café da manhã simples sem muitas variedades. Resumindo: Foi a minha pior estadia em muitos anos reservando pelo hotéis.com. Definitivamente não voltaria a esse hotel para futuras hospedagens.
