South Gate Hotel Apartment

New hotel, good location. very quiet

I stayed with my family and our experience was fantastic. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the city's main strategic points. The reception and hospitality of all the hotel staff was excellent. As soon as we arrived, Sirak, the manager of the establishment, placed an employee at our disposal who kindly accompanied us, free of charge, to a local telephone store, to resolve our Internet connection. The employee stayed with us until we were attended to and was the intermediary between us and the company employee, which made communication much easier. The entire South Gate team was very helpful and collaborative in any situation in which they were required. Whenever we went to reception to request some information, etc., they offered us tea or coffee while we waited for a response. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and the cleanliness was impeccable. Finally, it is worth highlighting that when we left, Mr. Sirak took care of arranging a taxi (paid for by the hotel) to take us to the airport. This was not included in our package, it was a very kind gesture. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.
