I have stayed here several times when I came to Chicago. Check-in was quick and I was able to enter the room right away. The bed was not too hard and I was able to sleep well. The shower pressure was fine. Breakfast was average.

I wanted to give it a good review, but was disappointed.Details, cobwebs in bathroom corner, purfume smell in room strong, most likely febreeze. Saturday, 8:30 am and still no coffee.
Hot breakfast wasn’t available Monday morning, I’m guessing they were under staffed. Hampton Inn can do better.

I like the location of the hotel - walkable distance to restaurants and a movie theater. Breakfast has a gluten free options. What I didn't like is that I had to chase the cleaning lady for a new set of towels, the ********** I found in the corner of the tub, and the huge spider in the lobby right when I was checking in..

It was a great location for our needs. Great breakfast options nearby for brunch since breakfast included was not our favorite. It was cleaned and great staff.

Was there for 7 days 6 nights for wedding. Our room was a king room. I thought we were supposed to have an additional sleep sofa in room, but had a chair with foot rest. It was okay. But, we had planned for a grandchild to spend the night , they arrived Friday and Saturday. Missed the opportunity to have that one on one time.
