Excellent, and clean residence, very friendly and helpful staff. Main company office also really helpful, and thank you for their assistance. Great location, far enough for quite, but close for most things (10-15 minutes stroll walk). Lots of free to use sports equipment and great facilities to keep you entertained! Food plentiful and tasty.

Great location. Very comfortable accommodation. Nicely landscaped site with superb swimming pool. Excellent value for money. Booking and payment process wasn’t great. Long wait to get response to query over payment.

Booked for an overnight stop on our way to Juan les Pins, took a chance and booked an apartment. It was actually a small lodge in the grounds of a holiday village with a beautiful pool, friendly and helpful staff and delicious food for our evening meal. One of the best stops we’ve had during our road trip.

I recently stayed here for 13 nights. Check-in was perfect, and the room was wonderful. For the first 24 hours, everything was great - the staff, the location etc. For these reasons, I extended my stay there. However, on May 31st, at 9:26 am, someone came to my room and asked me to follow him to the director’s office. Based on a rumor, the director accused me of harassing her staff in my room and threatened to call the police. After hearing my explanation, she asked her staff what had happened and discovered that I was telling the truth and that no harassment had taken place. The director clearly had not investigated the matter before accusing me. Even after she realized that nothing had happened, she did not apologize to me, which was very disappointing and unprofessional. It was a very troubling experience and a major accusation without evidence that ruined my time there. Every other aspect of the place was wonderful, but I will not return to stay there while the current director is still in her position. She was completely out of line. I hope that someone will look into the director’s behavior in this matter. I have notified my advisor (conseil) about this incident.

Arrivés à Sowell, super accueil mais un problème avec notre logement. Nous avons tout de suite été relogé. Les 2 habitations était propre mais vétuste quand meme ( joints de douche, retouche peinture pas de la meme couleur..), la vaisselle des 3 repas ( formule tout inclus) était très sale. Les repas sont simples mais bon, les enfants étaient ravis du coté buffet à volonté mais au bout de 3 jours l'impression de tourner en rond et de manger la même chose.. Les serveurs sont tous très sympa et polis mais n'ont pas reçu de formation au préalable ( chiffon de table qui sert à essuyer par terre puis à nettoyer la table, debarrassage couverts sales puis mise couverts propres en les tenant par le haut...) mais pleinde bonnes volontés ! Les enfant en gardent un souvenir merveilleux avec les nouveaux copains fait sur place et c'est bien le principal !

Superbes vacances. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour son accueil chaleureux. Côté restauration tout est bien, les plats sont variés et savoureux. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Merci à l'ambassadeur pour ses conseils et son professionnalisme. Le bar propose des bons cocktails. La piscine est spacieuse. Nous reviendrons !

Excellent semaine partagée par toute la famille dans ce cadre magnifique que nous avons retrouvé avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l équipe d animation et particulièrement à Flo pour son accueil son investissement et son professionnalisme. Équipe d animation dynamique et soudée qui se met en 4 pour nous faire vivre un séjour à la hauteur de nos attentes dans la bonne humeur. C’est avec toujours autant de plaisir que nous avons retrouvé Le club des Lauriers Roses cet été. Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines profitant de la piscine, de la terrasse bar et des activités proposées par les animateurs. Un grand merci à Flo (le blagueur en série) et à sa nouvelle équipe (Océ, Raph, Yago…) qui ont su apporter un sympathique renouveau notamment sur les soirées Dancefloor! C’est aussi l’ambiance conviviale de ce club que nous retenons et qui nous permet chaque année de faire de belles rencontres! Vivement juillet prochain!
