Overall good experience, initially we were surprised by the appearance of the room, it was different from the photo we saw in the Agency offer and the food served, but then we understood that it is basically one of the best accommodation units in the hotel, we had a suite with a sea view - I must say that we finally appreciated the view of the sea, the space of the accommodation unit and room style in European countries. The quality and variety of food also differs, but again it's a different culture and customs, you get used to it, if you choose a 4-star hotel or more, you should be satisfied and find food that you eat with relish. An entertainment was provided every day and during the day, in the evening there were short dance slots when animators invited guests to the dance floor. the only comment I would have is that sometimes they were a little intensive in persuasion, but otherwise satisfaction. Room cleaning-every day they tidied up nicely, made the bed, changed the towels and decorated the bed with the clothes we left on the beds. The cleaners were always smiling, helpful if you asked for new towels and always greeted us. The beach was nice, quiet and right behind the hotel. Only the sunbeds would need to be replaced, both by the sea and by the pool, they are worn out. I recommend a mat for those who don't like it. The male staff here are very attentive, helpful and smiling towards the women, but if you don't want too much attention, I recommend smiling at them sparingly and not flirting. Anyway, women have friendly attention, especially if they are unaccompanied. As for the guests, the hotel accommodated mainly French clientele, about 80%, so if you don't want to be in the company of Czechs, this is a good choice. Also, I recommend not to forget to get ready to give tips. The staff appreciate it and they deserve it.

Just arrived on the evening of August 18, 2002 and was assigned a room facing the beach which seem nice at first but then we realized the shortcomings as soon as we set foot in the place… the air conditioning is substandard and even after calling the front desk and the maintenance person tried to fix the A/C unit to no avail as the amount of fresh air the unit is able to handle is insufficient to keep you comfortable… had to move pillows to the outside porch which at least had some ventilation…. The light fixture and bulb outdoors was also broken and had to be replaced. The bathroom sink drain has problems and just sat in the basin… the hotel staff seem to helpful but the problems persist… the WiFi connectivity is spotty at best… guess I made a mistake in not reading all the reviews before booking this hotel for two weeks! The food in the hotel restaurant did not impress me even though by the time we arrived the dinner was almost over… let’s see what happens tomorrow… hard to see the bright side of things when you have high expectations…

When we arrived a Nice guy take our bags to the bedroom, the room was realy fresh, the air conditioner was working very well, the bed was good, the staff amazing, the animations was from another world

We are expected a lot more. When we were given our room, our excitement was gone. The room was terible, dirty, and bathroom was full of mould. The hotel changed our room but it was mostly the same as the other room. So, if you like a clean room, i dont recomended this hotel. But food and see and trips was beautiful!

I really enjoyed my stay in djerba, the beach is beautiful and the street market is really fun, I liked the hotel very much, but what I loved the most was the animation crew. They were super fun, always dancing with us and super nice. The night shows were incredible. My favorite was the afro show. Special aprecciation to crew members Momo and Roky.

the animation crew was all amazing, super fun and caring. But in particular Momo and Rocky, they were impeccable with me and my brothers, they pull us to dance and make sure we had an amazing time with them. all I have is good things to say about them

Service was very hands-off; meaning, in the two nights I stayed there, almost no staff even greeted me. The room was small but sufficient. Food was subpar. Really disappointed that there was no fitness center.
