観光地からもアクセスが良かった。サービスも悪くはなかった。

First experience was fine. But in the second one the washroom was not clean and the ac was not working for 2-3 hours after which i had to change my room.

I have booked a suite room and simple room suite room is very gud and spacious, staff is also very supportive, also the approach to reach hotel is very good.

We selected the hotel looking at the rooftop dinning area and open space. It was all booked for private event and there was very loud music even till late night. Not allowing the guests for rest which they need after touring and tiring day.

Very nice property near by to taj mahal. Rooms are very clean and well organized. Location wise cabs and buses are available from this hotel.

The best budget for a three star hotel, our stay was pleasant and staff very hospitable and services were very good, and the room was well maintained and it had everything to make our stay comfortable. I recommend this for all families visiting agra.

Rude behaviour of the reception desk person. Arguing with me very badly for removing extra service charges which are not allowed after gst.

We travel-led as a group of families. Our stay at alleviate was very pleasant. We reached around dinner time and the restaurants were open till midnight. We had all our meals at the mugchi, the restaurant on ground floor. The location is very good, being the only property on yamuna kinara road. The fort is barely 1. 5 km while taj mahal is 4 km away. The wifi at the hotel was fast and reliable. The staff was cooperative.
