Hengxiang Hotel

The hotel is temporarily reserved for rest along the ring road, and we leave at 2 am to 11 noon, just to have a good rest. As a result, the curtains are transparent and not tightly drawn. There is no elevator or slippers in the room on the back floor, and there is an elevator on the front floor. Need to add money and the service attitude is bad, the bathroom is very simple and forget to take pictures, the overall environment is better than the service area, the hotel standard is not up to the hotel standard.

I booked two standard double rooms for two nights. The room is quite big, there is a large free parking lot, and the breakfast is also good. The Halal restaurant at the entrance of the parking lot produces good products. The supermarket in front of the hotel is expensive. There are a few things that need to be improved: 1. When taking a bath, the water temperature is cold and hot. There is a problem with flushing in the toilet. You can't replenish water after frequent flushing. You must open the lid and press the float to replenish water. 2. The bathroom in the reception lobby of the hotel is locked, and it is not convenient or user-friendly to ask the front desk. 3. Before leaving for the day, after having breakfast in the morning, I went back to my room and took a break to drive a long-distance bus. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was hung up in front of the door, and there was a knock on the door as soon as I fell asleep. When I opened the door, I saw the front desk attendant and asked her what happend? While answering the phone, the waiter walked directly into the room and looked around, talking about the air conditioner, and then asked her without answering, and then went out and went downstairs. This disturbed the guest’s rest and impolite behavior. Do you need further training?

The room is relatively spacious, the room reserved is next to the elevator, and the noise is louder, someone vomited at the elevator entrance, and responded to the front desk to mop the floor, but it was still the next day 🧐

賓館外觀似無驚人之處，大堂顯得較為一般，房間設施配置得比較完善，感覺管理還是比較規範整潔；房間光源功能簡單區分，無線網絡信號不穩定。稍硬枕頭感覺很愜意；分體空調製冷不還可以，房間居於前樓（有電梯）朝向內院睡眠挺好。盥洗室乾濕分開，有淋浴軟管花灑，對帶孩子出行方便，浴熱水量大感覺很爽，洗臉池沒有倒鈎設定容易水漫金山。床頭設定有雙電源插座，手機充電應用方便。沒有書桌太不方便。餐廳清真的，佳餚味道還可以，但是，不再供應早餐有點遺憾。後院停車場比較大，安全方便。

除了有自己的停車場，停車方便以外，總體感覺一般，水不夠喝的，同前台再要兩瓶，説要付費，無語！！！

服務態度差，一早晨敲幾次門趕會見的朋友。需要整治一下

就在國道215路邊，往敦煌方向，周圍賓館很多，他們家算是比較大的。周圍有很多飯店和超市，非常方便。衞生間簡單，沒有乾濕分離，熱水很好。但是讓人非常不舒服的是，他家實際有兩棟樓，網上衹有一種標間價格，到店後才知道，一棟是2015年就裝修的，我一般是訂2年內裝修的賓館，明顯是誤導，前台説，我訂的是2015年的樓，問她為什麼網上沒有另外一種房型，她説房間內部都是一樣的。進房間後，覺得除了床單比較舊，衞生還可以，內部傢俱明顯是新換過的，也就安心了。第二天早上，才發現，這家賓館新樓被旅遊團包了，所以找藉口讓我們住了舊樓。上車離開後，最大的問題出現了，臉上突然癢起來，接着是身上，發現了幾個被不知什麼咬的包，懷疑是枕頭或者床墊裏面有蟲子，我這還是在外第一次遇上這事。所以，我也將第一次給差評，並提醒大家，慎住舊樓。

由於路程原因，當天趕不過去，聯繫酒店申請延後一天入住，酒店説要聯繫中介客服，聯繫客服説白情況，客服衹迴應30分鐘到一小時回覆解決，結果等了一天一夜沒有等來客服解決問題，房間作廢了，白白送給酒店154元錢，很是奇怪，好象酒店和客服在唱雙簧，我一直是藝龍的忠實客户，現在我開始動搖了，對芝龍失去了信心！！！

酒店位置就在國道邊上，出行方便，但設施實在不舒服，床咯得我一晚上沒睡好！出門在外選酒店的標準最重要的就是床軟硬舒適，房間乾淨無異味，洗澡水充足。這家床不舒服！
