Delphin BE Grand Resort

Have stayed at this hotel twice. Excellent in all areas. It is on a grand scale and after a week you feel like you haven't had time to do everything. Activities are good especially shooting and football but there is a lot on. Food is good and drinks are excellent. Wide choice of cocktails etc. Definitely recommend for a family stay

All i can say is this hotel is exceptional ! From the moment we arrived we were dazzled with how absolutely beautiful it was. The staff on arrival was so friendly , Checking in took us 5 minutes and then we were shown to our room. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious ours was over looking the sea. We arrived really late at night and soon discovered that the sports bar had food throughout the night so we headed to get some food. Room service is also free between midnight where you can order pizzas and burgers so this came in handy for late night snacks. The heated outside pool is a life saver our children spent there time in here when they wasn't busy running around the two water parks that the hotel offers as we spent a lot of time there!. The children loved all the slides on offer and the lazy river! The food at the hotel is exceptional you can tell the chefs put a lot of effort into making sure everything is cooked to the highest standards. The food variety is wide. They have wooden huts down the long path to the beach which consist of a toasties shack , hot dog and chicken nuggets, fruit stall, ice cream stall, baked potatoes and loads more ! The main buffet is also massive and has a huge variety of food. Inside the main buffet area there is also a play area for children which our daughters loved playing on when they had finished eating and we could enjoy our dinner whilst they played. The beach is also lovely and offers a play area on the beach the beach pier is also a lovely added extra . We got to experience candy land whilst we was there and the children loved it. The entertainment was amazing both us and our children thoroughly enjoyed this. The fairground was one of our favorites we loved going at night before our dinner. Overall the hotel is amazing , the staff are exceptional and the atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful . We cant wait to return . Big thank you to Musa who works on a Reception Desk. Spacious rooms, so many facilities my whole family loved and enjoyed our moments. Food was tasty so many varieties and its fresh. Everybody helpful and hard worker. I will love to visit again

Had the best trip ever. From the reception, to the lovely ladies with guest relations Natalie and Rukye. The waitresses and waiters especially Mertin. The best chamber maid Tuba. Ozam on the skate team by the pools. Every one was always smiling and took seconds to do whatever you wanted. Definitely the best resort and I would be coming back every year!

Room 2212 currently in resort and the hotel and service standards are first class.yesterday candy Lane was amazing.cant wait for next year when I will be bringing the whole family 20 of us to enjoy an amazing hotel.all that's missing is not getting a free delphin bag.

This hotel is amazing! The facilities are second to none. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the choice was incredible. Natalie. A. In the guest relations was exceptional. She went out of her way to make out time special! Thanks Natalie you're our delphin angel!

Last time I visit here where it was under Rixos brand years ago, it's now even better under brand of Delphin, they know how to give the god feelings to you, everywhere is full of staff who are asking how can I help , brilliant!! Animation Team is everywhere and they explain about say and night activities, I really liked their level and class, Bravo 👏🏽

what a good hotel for family's, everything you could possibly need on the resort, food good, rooms clean and tidy, pool areas very good, couldn't fault the place, will definitely return, staff helpful, good location. plenty to do day and night

Very happy, great place! Ahmet at the Oasis bar, Mohadir making different drinks downstairs, Ramazan orchestrating the ambience, Ala and all the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful, Erdal, Ahmet and all the wonderful staff at the excellent Sakura restaurant, Ayhan at guest relations, were all amazing!! Will definitely be returning, family hotel, thoroughly enjoyed my holiday!! Great food, water park and entertainment!! Variety of swimming pools! If they had an indoor table tennis, it would be perfect.
