Nice rooms. Not the best location. But very bad WiFi connection. Needed to refresh every web page 5 times before i could read it. The worst was the air condition. Only work when you are not in the room. We stayed 1 week and had to call a technician every time we wanted to stay more than 2 minutes in our apartment. Horrible! Also not recommended if you smoke like I do. Not allowed to smoke anywhere near the bar. Horrible! When I asked for a fan they automatically took it away the next day. Off course I needed that the whole time as air condition was not broken, but was actually set that way in the settings. Nice shower 😅 nice to have a fridge.

We had one of our best family holidays in this hotel. It was close to the end of the season and we were some of the last guests to stay for the year. Everyone was so friendly! There was no entertainment but im sure that was because there wasnt many people staying there at this time. The rooms were perfect for my wife, two teenagers and me. Clean and spacious. We visited Alcudia 4 times last year and this hotel was our favourite. Perfect location for everything. We have booked to return in May and intend on returning in August and October. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. We are excited to see you all again in May !

This was our first trip to this hotel and our experience from checking in to checking out was a stress free experience. Maria on reception was exceptional good at what she does explained in detail everything we needed to know. The safe in the room is €25 for a week with a €5 deposit which is refundable on check out. We went self catering and there was everything you needed if you wanted to cook light breakfast and lunch we ate out every evening. The restaurant downstairs we ate in twice also great value. The hotel itself and our room were spotless the cleaning team works very hard and it reflects on the hotels appearance. Our cleaner Barbara was very good and very helpful with a few requests I had she should get a mention. There were plenty of sun beds and no towels on them without bodies I’m not saying it’s doesn’t happen but not while we were there the only negative comment I can make were all the inflatables in the swimming pool not the kids but the adults the pool is quiet small and it was taken over with balls flamingos rubber rings dolphin you name it the pool had them. My husband is recovering from knee surgery and physio was swimming hence he only got in to swim once and that was 5.30;pm so that is why I’ve given 4 stars . In my opinion because of the size of the pool this should be addressed by the hotel the life guard did not bat a eyelid slept most of the day otherwise I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Fair location, close to Beach. We booked with Holiday on the beach half board. Disappointed on meals offered in this place. Breakfast not a lot of choices from the buffet and every day the same. Evening meal terrible and tasteless, undercooked over cooked, dry. Salat buffet. We all been unwell after one meal. Had to complain. We got lunch for replacement. Simple menu and lack of taste and you can't choose everything from menu. Soft drinks are not free with your meal. Spacious apartment but with a company of ants and cockroaches. Swimming pool towels deposit is part refundable, so better buy your own. Quiet, maybe for all these reasons. I would not recommend to book 3* hotel in Spain. Hotel close to beautiful blue water beach and close to shops. Very far from the city center of Alcudia and old town. Hotel is surrounded with beautiful hotels which offer a lot more for this price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner always off if you open the balcony door and then you need to turn on manually, but we was not told that at the beginning. Entertainment-Lack of it...

Lovely hotel but even better staff especially Arslan the bar manager has been exceptionally brilliant . Made us feel so comfortable and welcome and gave us all so much attention. He is the best bar manager I’ve ever met . Thanks again

My wife and I stayed at the Sol de Alcudia apartments at the start of this month. We haven't been before but we after some re search and reading the reviews we decided to book. The hotel is lovely extremely, clean spacious and the staff are very professional. We had a nightmare of a journey and was greeted by a friendly receptionist I believe her name was Alicia, what a asset to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful and assisted us for the info we needed through-out our stay she was always accommodating and I we urge the hotel to promote her right now. In terms of something we would like to see is some hand rails up the stairs although you do have two lifts. The room it's self, we had a pool facing S/C on the first floor. it was very clean and everything you need to have a comfortable stay, the beds we have to say were the most comfortable beds to sleep on and the AIRCON being free was a nice touch as some hotels charge. The room are clean 5 days of the 7 i believe Sunday and Tuesdays are the days they are not. We had a shower room, the shower was always hot and never lost pressure would like to see shower mats to stop anyone from slipping and I would suggest is having somewhere better for the kettle. The Pool, very clean and there is enough sunbeds for everyone in fact I reckon they could store some away as looking at piles of sunbeds was a little unsightly. The pool bar is a fantastic touch some great options with food and drinks and even cocktails, Some of the staff I have to say need to smile a little but we went near the end of season and perhaps they was tired. The restaurant although I'm not sure was all inclusive had a buffet style breakfast and dinner, each evening with a different theme from international, Spanish, Mexican and BBQ but still also having vegetarian option. The female manager at the restaurant was very welcoming and always smiled anther great asset to the hotel. The Bubble bar, now this was my nemesis. Firstly the three staff that work there are fantastic and very very good at making cocktails, I cannot remember the name of the barman that introduced me to a new deer deer friend TOM COLLINS but thank you. The prices of the drinks were I believe spot on comparing to the UK. So here are my cons.... I have read reviews about the noise coming from the hotels opposite or from the bars. I didn't have any issues at all, people are on holiday and I believe after 12 everything was quite although you open and enjoying the night it wasn't offensive. so my cons are NONE, I would 100% go again and wouldn't even want to go to a different hotel.

Had a lovely stay here. We had a studio apartment which I was worried that it was going to be small but was pleasantly surprised how big it was. Air con was good but would only work when you had the key in the unit. However the room stayed relatively cool. Breakfast was more than adequate and had everything we would want. Can’t comment about dinner as we only stayed b&b. Drinks at the bar were good but cocktails we found a bit weak. The swimming pool area was good and wasn’t too busy in September but could imagine in height of summer it getting quite packed around the pool. All the staff were really helpful which is good as Tui were non existent in the hotel which is unusual. There is a great supermarket ( called Eroski) just a 15 walk away along the canal and is much cheaper than the Spar supermarkets in town. Lots of lovely restaurants around town and it only takes 30 mins to walk to Port de Alcudia along the beach.

Stayed here for a week with our 4 children and the grandparents and did not disappoint. We were originally going to stay at the Bellevue but after seeing the recent reviews and what a huge state of disrepair the hotel is in, we had a last minute swap to this place… and I’m sooooo glad we did! It’s a small hotel with everything you want and need for your holiday, entertainment in the evening, pool bar, really lovely food, the rooms are well kept and clean, all the staff are happy to help and friendly. The rooms exceeded our expectation - we have 8 month old twins with us and were told that we’d need to bring our own travel cot, but when we arrived, the staff had already set one up in our room. It also says we needed to hire a kettle, but there was already one in the room. Pool area never overly busy, you can always find a sun bed, and pool is a great size and was peaceful and clean. First time in Alcudia and really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, would highly recommend for families with young children. My only tiny quibble was that the initial interaction with the receptionist when we checked in was a little… cold, let’s say. Didn’t seem overly enthusiastic or welcoming, but everyone has been lovely since. Maybe we just caught him on a bad day, we all have them! 10/10 definitely would stay again! :)

Stayed last week with the family for 7 days half board second time staying here our 1st time was 13 years ago & it didn’t disappoint the staff are all so lovely Maria, David, Jose, Daniela, all the chef, bar staff, cleaners & receptionists couldn’t ask for a more friendly service. Located a stones throw away from the ***** & beach highly recommend
