酒店的房間很寬敞，設施雖然不是很新，但是總體問題不大。有冷空調，這個很重要，在新疆沒空調的酒店夜裡總是被暖氣熱醒，在這家開了冷空調所以温度很舒服。酒店自帶的早餐很豐富。酒店樓下有不少飯店味道不錯，午餐晚餐便利。離超市和租車點近。早晚各有兩班班車來回將軍山雪場。總體不錯！

房間非常非常大，大到能住下三個人，加上雪板和超級大行李，都能放下，熱水很足，衞生間乾淨，地板床單乾淨，窗户外就能看到雪山，樓下有兩家餐廳一家葯店，一家咖啡廳一家雪具店，非常滑雪友好，酒店雪場接駁班車每天十點準時出發，司機和服務人員也很友好，記得每天晚上提前拿第二天的班車票，晚上回程也要拿

環境太差，都是老式的木頭桌椅，毛巾浴巾太臟了，房間環境不好，裏面的水都是擰開喝過的，強烈建議大家不要訂！！！最差的維也納！！！！住裏面感覺精神狀態都不好！！！！

設施齊全，酒店二樓是自助早餐。菜品很多很美味
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，沒有灰塵。
環境：環境特別好，旁邊就有超市還有飯店，離機場也很近。
服務：前台服務員小姐姐特別熱情，有求必應。
一次非常不錯的入住體驗。

酒店房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，床也非常舒服。早餐不錯。距離機場衹有10分鐘車程，還能免費接送。從酒店去阿勒泰老城區，公交一路車就在酒店門口。打車也很便宜。最大的亮點是有一個室內泳池，30長，25寬，水質水温都可以。第一次來阿勒泰，酒店留給我不錯的印象。
