The cleanliness of the hotel is top notch. Every staff member SMILES and is pleasant and helpful. Our favorite is Cadia at the front desk. She was able to change our room to a quieter room, provide us guidance on parking and directed us to a cute diner walking distance to the hotel if we were out late. It has been a good stay and we would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. The hotel is a couple of blocks to the Metro so getting in and out of DC is a piece of cake!

We really loved this hotel! It was in a great location in Old Town and easy for our Uber drivers to find us. The staff was fantastic and friendly. The restaurant and bar were very nice as well. The rooms were modern and clean, if a bit small. Our king sized bed filled most of the room, but that was not a big deal. We would definitely stay there again. It had a very modern, hip vibe. Excellent!

The location is perfect. It’s on King St. where all the bars, shops and restaurants are located. The room is clean/comfortable and pet friendly! I had a nice stay!

The room was a little smaller than I thought but we had a great stay and the front desk staff was AWESOME! They were so friendly and gave us great recommendations. They definitely made our trip better with their caring and friendly personalities :)

All the amenities of a business hotel in charming Old Town, with its plentiful restaurants, boutique store, and waterfront. I stayed here once before and will return!

We liked that the property is cozy and that the rooms make excellent use of space. The property is not so large as to be overwhelming. The in-house restaurant was very good, and overall the staff was courteous and professional. What we didn't like were the options for parking. But this would not keep us from staying at this property again

Great hotel in the heart of Alexandria! In a safe and vibrant area. Newish hotel, small but comfortable room, bed and linens. Nicely decorated. Clean bathrooms. The only thing we didn’t love was the “fake” fragrant air freshener in the main lobby. This practice is popping up in many hotels now, and frankly we are not fans. But once you exit the lobby to your room, the rooms smell fine.

One night stay was almost $300. The 2-bed room was extremely small; the rolling cart could not make it pass the door! No service with our bags! Very limited parking! No refrigerator in the room! My adult daughter sat in the lobby, waiting for a family member to come down. The woman at the desk looked them both, up and down, and asked if she could call my room. Gave the feeling that “they” were not welcome! It’s 2023, most people have already made a connection via their phone! “Perhaps my daughter was sitting there resting, waiting for someone else for a meal in the restaurant, or simply waiting until I had come down from the room. I spoke to the woman regarding the reception that my daughter received. She did not take responsibility for her actions. She stated that my daughter had “left out” statements regarding their conversation. My daughter did not leave out anything. So, obviously, the woman “knew” that the conversation was Offensive! The woman stated that she would “take off the $40-valet cost@. She did do that. She stated that she did not mean to “offend your daughter “. All said to say that we “will not” stay there again! Non-smoking room with other residents around us who chose to smoke anyway! Too expensive to have these issues!

Not recommended at all. Place is not clean front desk staff are rude, they aren't trained well enough for this job or hospitality business. Imagine asking for a clean blanket and they tell you we don’t have another blanket at the moment…5 hours later almost at midnight showing up with 2 twin blankets.(Hyatt hotels are known for quality and great customer service. This hotel is the worst Hyatt hotel in the world). Not recommended at all. To make the matter worse lobby smells like a very cheep perfume trying to cover another bad smell.
