While checking in, the staff was nice to find us a pet-free room (hotel allows pets but child has allergies), but upon settling into our room noticed multiple dirty areas, including old urine on the toilet, black hairs on the bathroom floor, sprinkles (cleaning product?) on the bedsheets and a dime-sized brown-red stain on the comforter. I reported these to the desk and they promptly switched our room, which was more satisfactory and we appreciated that.

Building has wear and tear, but is kept clean. Great lounge space. Grocery store, laundromat, cinema,, bowling alley/bar, and bar restaurant within steps of the hotel.

I wanted to like this hotel…front desk staff were very nice, but our room needed help. The door was hard to open, had to push pretty hard. The bathroom was not very clean, had some mold and the “dreaded hair” on the floor and in the tub…that is the one thing I am very picky about. You could get housekeeping if you wanted, but had to let them know the day before. The morning breakfast was just average, nothing special. It was fine for the few days we were there, but I probably would choose another hotel next time.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Only issue for us was breakfast ending at 9 on a weekday
