"I will start with good. The receptionist very friendly. The triple room with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The problem: when booking I saw the triple room for €60. For €10 more, there were apartments and I decided to book one. When you arrive at the hostel and pay , what is my surprise that you charge me €70 but give me a room, which is worth €60 on the website. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. It is not so much for the 10€ more, if not for the comfort and space I expected from a apartment and for the little seriousness I've seen."

"Excellent hotel in centre of old town. I was upgraded to large spa bath room which was very nice with huge comfortable bed . Staff all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. No parking but you can drive up to unload and park nearby. Highly recommended"

"Fantastic Parador in the heart of Mérida. It's spacious and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay: a swimming pool, sauna, gym, a well-run café, a lovely patio for drinks, and the Roman Theatre is just a fifteen-minute walk away. Parking is convenient, although, as is often the case, a bit pricey. The large rooms overlook the pool; my only suggestion would be to renovate the bathrooms. For me, it's a ten out of ten; I loved it."
