Amazing breakfasts- according to the children it was the best ever cake, coffee and juice. Beautiful place to stay. The bathrooms were clean and well- equipped. The one thing to be aware of was that they wanted us to pay by cash or bank transfer. I don't know whether their card machine wasn't working.

Room very nice decorated and spacious. Huge bathroom. Daylight was not enough though and there was no airconditioning, that made us suffer during the august nights of our stay

Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas apprécié notre séjour. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants). La chambre est correcte (2 chambres distinctes, kitchenette et petite salle d’eau unique). Cependant, nous n’avons pas apprécié notre sejour, car la chambre n’était pas comme décrite sur le site (photos d’une superbe suite pr 4 avec double vasque etc), elle était en dehors du corps principal de bâtiment. La porte de la chambre s ouvrait directement sur la chaussée, la rue était certes petite (ZTL) mais extrêmement bruyante toute la nuit (bar avec musique à proximité et passage de véhicules). Nous étions obligés de laisser une petite fenêtre sur la partie haute (accessible par une échelle) ouverte car absence de climatisation, ce qui renforçait le bruit… De plus, la chambre était située dans une sorte d’ancienne cave en pierre très humide (taux humidité de 75%, extracteur d humidité en place, mais les serviettes de toilette sentait malgré tout l’humidité ainsi que nos vêtements en fin de séjour…). La propriétaire a reconnu les désagréments, pour autant, nous avons du nous acquitter du montant de la belle chambre alors que nous avons séjourné dans une cave! Le petit déjeuner est quant à lui léger et sans choix (boisson chaude jus de fruit et part de gâteau). Bref, un mauvais séjour.

Potrebbe avere grandi potenzialità, ma la gestione non ci è parsa adeguata. Passi l'aver sbagliato inizialmente l'assegnazione dell'appartamento richiesto, può succedere, ma ritrovarci con una delle due camere dove nel letto mancava completamente la biancheria sotto la coperta e trovare il pavimento del bagno assolutamente non pulito, pieno di capelli degli ospiti precedenti, non è stato il massimo come prima impressione. Colazione povera.

Non è facile a volte recensire un'esperienza perchè è frutto di un momento e di uno stato d'animo. Il posto è molto bello. Eravamo con amici e abbiamo preso la suite e la camera matrimoniale con terrazza. Posto pulitissimo. Le due persone che ci hanno accolto e servito sono state gentilissime ed eccezionali. abbiamo richiesto ed ottenuto la colazione nella hall e non al bar convenzionato. Colazione molto buona ed abbondante. Cosa non è andato: la suite è sottoposta rispetto al piano strada e si accede derettamente dalla via adiacente. Il rumore dei passanti la note è notevole. La suite era pulitissima, bellissima. Bagno enorme e molto bello. Tuttavia per i tappetti probabilmente o per il tipo di pavimento antico si percepiva un po di polvere. Stessa percezione nella camera matrimoniale con terrazza. Polvere purtroppo nonostante l'estrema pulizia anceh qui. La camera matrimoniale con terrazza, tuttavia, è troppo bassa. Si sta in piedi solo nell'arcata centrale. Il bagno minuscolo e non all'altezza. Claustrofobico. La terrazza è sul piano superiore della camera. Minuscola e si accede attraverso una strettissima scala. Peccato. Le 4 stelle restano tutte per l'impegno, la dedizione ela gentilezza di tutti...nonchè per l aqualità. Servirebbe più trasparenza.

Struttura accogliente e pulita situata all’interno del centro storico di Altamura. A pochi passi le vie principali della città,attività commerciali e ristoranti nei quali abbiamo potuto assaggiare i piatti tipici. Soggiorno gradevole, proprietarie abbastanza disponibili.

Hôte très accueillant, logement conforme à la description. A recommander. A noter que le logement n’est pas accessible directement en voiture (malgré ce que vous dit le gps) mais nous avons marché 5 minutes.
