工作人員及其熱情啊，好喜歡他們前台辦入住的姑娘，俏皮中還帶着一絲害羞，酒店房間不多，衹有我們一組中國家庭，好幾組俄羅斯家庭，還都是帶着baby，早餐不算很豐富。

Прекрасный отель для небольшого количества гостей прямо на берегу океана. Очень приветливый вежливый персонал. Огромные стильные номера с видом на океан. Красивый панорамный бассейн, уютная зона на газоне с шезлонгами и гамаками под пальмами у самого берега для полного релакса и любования закатами. У нас были включены помимо завтраков и ужины. Красивая подача, большие порции и очень вкусно. Рядом большой супермаркет, музей масок. Так же не далеко прогуляться до города, где можно купить фрукты. Для ценителей уединенного романтического отдыха рядом с красивым пляжем рекомендую! С удовольствием вернулись бы еще.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at the R Degrees Boutique Hotel after having spent the previous nine days living out of a suitcase while travelling around the south of Sri Lanka. The room was excellent, overlooking the sea, and had its own veranda and a lawn out front where we ate dinner every evening. On our first evening, after initially being presented with a menu dominated by western dishes, the Chef and his staff went out of their way to provide us with a true Sri Lankan eating experience every other evening. The quality of the food was excellent and the Chef is very happy to discuss your dietary preferences and conjure up some delicious meals to suit. I can personally recommend the crab curry, which was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and looked after us very well. We were able to take full advantage of the excellent facilities at the R Degrees, and we have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone travelling to this part of Sri Lanka, and looking to chill by the sea.

Wonderful stay at R Degrees for the second time exactly after the first visit. Very helpful and courteous staff willing to accommodate guests needs in every possible way. Hotel backyard opens to a beautiful golden sandy beach. Great breakfast and dinner options. Very spacious and clean rooms. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stay around Ambalangoda area.

My wife and I and two of our friends spent two nights at RDegrees. The staff were super helpful and caring. They attended to all our needs and requests promptly. Our room was lovely and on the ground floor. The staff had even written happy anniversary as part of the room decor for our friends who were celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. The food was great and the Chef came out often to talk to guests and get feedback - a most welcome feature. A few quick upgrades to tge room would help as indicated to staff, but otherwise we totally enjoyed the beach tge relaxed ambiance and the lovely landscaping. Bravo!

We stayed at the R-Degrees hotel from 29/02 to 7/03. I must say that this hotel has wonderful staff ready to help at any moment. We would like to give special thanks to Sadhana for her politeness, friendliness and help. The hotel is quit, calm and really beautiful.

We spent three nights here to relax after some fairly hectic touring of Sri Lanka. It is a boutique hotel and a little in need of refurbishment in places. However, it was an excellent choice for us. The hotel is above the sea, with direct access to the beach via the pool and lawned area. The beach is superb and we walked along it regularly during our stay. The lawned area is nicely shaded too. Our first floor room had a balcony which looked down to the sea. We found all of the staff at the hotel to be really welcoming and friendly. We were staying on a half board basis and enjoyed all of the food. There is no shortage of accommodation along that stretch of coast but we felt that we had selected a really good hotel.

We travelled as a family of 12 and stayed at this hotel over Christmas and new year. What a wonderful experience. All rooms are very spacious and exceptionally clean with each room having a sea view. Fantastic. Pool & garden area just beautiful. Beach front which was amazing with plenty of sunbeds and lovely towels for everyone one at any time of day. The best thing of all, was the staff. Just wow. They could not do enough for all of us to make our stay extra special. Whatever we asked for they did their best to make sure everything was in place. Even the chefs asked daily if there was anything we would like them to cook for us for our evening meal. The lady in the spa was just so lovely and the treatments were great. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you to each and everyone of you for making our family holiday so wonderful.

We booked a Sri Lankan holiday through Secret Escapes and this included 5 nights at a ‘beach hotel’ to relax after 10 days of travelling around and sight-seeing. Secret Escapes had changed our ‘beach hotel’ at the last minute and our first impressions of this hotel were disappointing – our room was dated, very few coat-hangers, our patio area was surrounded by air-con units, the pool-side bar was permanently closed, not enough sunbeds and no info about local trips / excursions. However, the management team were very responsive and moved our room and put together information for us. The food was amazing and the restaurant manager asked for our input into the menu each day. We had eaten buffet meals at all our previous hotels and it was so nice to have delicious fresh food served to us. In summary - very friendly and helpful staff, great food and a nice location next to the beach, with enough around locally when you’re tired of relaxing !
