Hotel location is very good, close to Central station Dam Square etc
We go to the hotel since the last 15 years.
Quality of services is good but not as high as it was in the past
First rooms we got has a very bad smell we requested to change. No issue with the new room
What we noted the last yeas is that some parts of the hotel and rooms need some refurbishments/renewal.
To be considered as a 4 stars rather than 5 stars

住了這麼多次國內外五星/豪華酒店，這次不得不吐槽：
1.萬麗酒店大門很小，沒注意看容易錯過，並且需要刷卡才能進門，進門後要下樓梯才能到大堂辦理入住，對提着大行李箱的旅客極不友好。亮點的服務是，工作人員會把行李幫送到房間。
2.在平台上顯示到店付23.98歐元，結果辦理入住時要求付65歐元，退房時退18歐元，實際付了47歐元。
3.我們是2人入住，但房間裏衹有配備1人份的拖鞋、毛巾、浴巾、1瓶礦泉水，打電話到前台一直未接，最終衹能下樓到前台要求增加2人份的配置，結果拖鞋還是沒增加。
4.無線WIFI網速慢，前台電話一直打不通。
5.與阿姆斯特丹同級別酒店相比，房間不大，也比較老舊，沒有淋浴間，而是在浴缸上進行淋浴洗澡。衞生間沒有排風扇，洗完澡煙霧繚繞，有點窒息。
6.早餐廳小，僅有不到10個餐桌，早餐樣式少

酒店設施還好 畢竟不是最新的 勝在交通方便和距離中央火車站一步之遙 服務很熱情 有專門介紹市內旅遊景點的工作人員 旁邊餐館很多有家牛排很好吃
