Facilities: I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The facilities are quite new, and the lobby is clean and bright, without any stale smells. The downsides are that the washbasin faucet has a low water flow (I don't know if it's an energy-saving faucet or something else), and the window air conditioner is very noisy (a common problem in older American hotels). Cleanliness: The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated and is clean. Environment: Located in Midtown, there's a buffet restaurant right outside, and chain hotels are all nearby. Service: The airport pickup was smooth. Upon arrival, I called the front desk, and the car arrived in 10 minutes. The driver helped with loading and unloading my luggage, and I tipped him. Breakfast: I booked a breakfast-included meal and was given two breakfast tickets. I discovered it's a per-person American breakfast, 15.95 per person. The breakfast was pretty much the same between the two days, with the exception of the fruit. The fruit was sweet, but the rest was average. It consisted of bread, muffins, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, and milk, but no juice. For two adults and two children, the price for four people was charged, plus an 18% large group service fee. Other items can be ordered a la carte, but they should be charged separately.

It felt new, yet also old. The air conditioner was so loud I had to turn it off. The bathroom sink was clogged with debris, so I just ignored it. The staff were all Filipino, with an inexplicable air of superiority. The airport shuttle was free. The breakfast was average, but that's how it is in America.
