It’s quiet and the customer service is very amazing

I ordered a mountain view room, but I only saw the roof and a little mountain peak. There was a house on the opposite side that blocked the view. There was no need to waste that money for a mountain view room. Because you go out and see it everywhere. The sanitation is average, not very good or bad, but ok for a dog-friendly hotel.

Property was undergoing renovation. No pool hottub. Being in Alaska where it is freezing hot tub was something I was looking forward to. Irritating they were not transparent about what was going on at theIr hotel

Hotel was a construction zone - pool shut down - air conditioning kept turning on in our room when outside temp was in 20s - tv's sound was erratic....on the other hand the staff was terrific - very cheerful and helpful. Very good food at breakfast and dinner.

Room door wouldn’t latch on both rooms. Heater in first room was busted. Phone in second room didn’t work. TV didn’t work in both rooms. Coverlet on one bed was dirty and looked like unwashed feces on it. No toilet paper in one room. Chairs in rooms terribly uncomfortable. Mattresses lumpy and old. Staff and management completely uncooperative. AND THE REMODELING WORKERS WERE DRILLING, BANGING, CUTTING AND ETC ETC TILL AFTER 8pm!!!!!!! A horrid experience on all levels on BOTH STAYS, 2.8-10.24 and 2.22-24.24 !!!!! We will never never NEVER stay here again!!!!!

The hotel was under construction! The lobby was closed. The pool was closed. The noise level in the early morning was unwelcome! I wish the construction was noted on the booking page. I would have chosen another hotel.

Property was under construction and I felt wa extremely over priced for the condition of property and amenities. I will never try to stay there again. I feel they should reimburse me. I was sent to another hotel and it took 2 hours to get checked in at the new hotel. It was a complete joke

Absolutely awful. We paid £145 for one night, and the hotel is a building site. The pool, spa and restaurant are all out of order with tarps laid out on the floor, and there’s no lobby. The only place you can be in the hotel is in your room. Which is dingy. The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite the hotel displaying a guarantee to “make things right”, they’ve made no effort to make our stay comfortable. We asked for a partial refund because the room was not as advertised, and they flat out refused. The hotel manager has a “you don’t like it? Sue me” vibe. If you don’t care about making your customers enjoy their stay, don’t work in the hospitality industry. Never staying in a Hilton again.

I liked the service and they were kind enough to wait for the credit card to process, the staff was friendly, no rudeness and I will likely stay there again.

Construction was horrible starting at 7:30am and it was so loud it was like they were in the next room pounding.

The website did not indicate that the hotel was under consideration, we had to enter through the back which was a bit unnerving since there was a homeless person trying to warm up under the vent. We usually like to stay here because of the pool but again there was nothing on the site indicating that it was out of service. The satff was friendly.

The lady at the front desk was rude, she seemed bothered that she had to get up and assist me, she did let me check in early at first she wasn’t going to let me so I asked if she can store my bags till we checked in? She didn’t want to do that so she checked me in but was not happy . Her body language and the look on her face makes me never want to stay there again.

Good stay. I did not see what some of the lower reviews saw. Decor in rooms is a bit dated but in good condition. I would stay again.

The only thing is that some rooms or my room had little bits of cracking around the edge of the jacuzzi in the room and a little bit of wear and tire but just need to get those parts together. But overall just miner things to fix and also a little peeling patch on the ceiling.
