"Extremely bad. No one cleans; they haven't vacuumed for days. The toilet paper isn't changed, there are yellow stains in the bathtub, and the beds aren't changed unless you ask. When I told the front desk to change the sheets, they just slept in them, barely smoothed them out, and even took the bottom cover of the duvet and left it lying around unmade. I ended up sleeping directly on the comforter all night, which is disgusting. It couldn't be worse."

"The hotel couldn't be worse! It's very old, the carpet is dirty, and there are mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. On the first day, I was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the shade. After complaining, I was moved to a room on the 3rd floor facing the pool. I didn't feel happy for a while, but found that the air conditioner was broken and could only heat, and I couldn't even turn it off. I called the front desk and found that the phone was also broken and useless. I went to the front desk to complain, and a worker who didn't understand English at all was arranged to check it out, but he was also at a loss. I asked the front desk to change the room, but was told that there was only one room on the first floor. I opened Ctrip and it showed that there were several rooms of the same room type available for booking... In the end, the front desk said viciously that if you don't go to the first floor, you can check out now! Please note that this happened at 21:45. It's too bad! ! ! Thanks to Ctrip for its support and timely assistance in handling the cancellation of the order and the subsequent reservation of a new hotel."

"Because of the rain, the trip was interrupted, so we found a hotel on the way. The hotel is right next to the highway. The room is large and the facilities are complete, but the quality of the furniture/doors/cabinet doors is very poor. There is a gap of one finger between the room door and the door frame, which makes us feel insecure. The hotel has breakfast, which is relatively rich in the United States."
