交通：非常方便，也非常好找
衞生：衞生做的非常乾淨，整體特別舒服，晚上也非常安靜。
環境：酒店環境特別不錯，有特別大的花園。房間衞生間特別大，浴室也特別乾淨。
服務：服務超級好，前台小姐姐們非常熱情。
總體來説這是我住過所有度假酒店裡最滿意的一家。讓我旅途非常愉快。以後還會再來。

酒店老舊，無電梯，無服務。客房服務電話長時間無人接聽，總枱總算有人接聽，想要瓶礦泉水，服務員馬上就是“礦泉水要付錢”，重複好幾遍，吃相極其難看；朋友一家也反饋，打電話給服務枱，經常不聽完就直接掛電話，更不用説什麼服務用語了？這次入住體驗極差，安吉有這麼多親子酒店，不會再選擇香溢了！

訂的是性價比很高的親子套房，酒店是度假試的，環境優美，綠樹成蔭，溪水環繞，內外環境都很不錯，房間內部設施，面積都很舒適，帶小朋友入住真的非常合適，房間主題是小獅子的故事，傢俱佈置都很有想法，自助早餐豐富，口味佳，小朋友玩的特別開心，以後還會再來

酒店周邊環境不錯，到竹博園步行7-8分鐘。設施比較陳舊估計是2008年建的。服務態度較差，對待客人雙標。不推薦首選入住。
