This is Motel not Hotel really rooms are very small and towels are olds

Отель не новый, но очень удачно расположен. Одну ночь переночевать - вполне. А так, желания остаться в нем ещё, не вызвал абсолютно. Всё какое-то неухоженное. Где-то пыль даже на вытерли.

Room was super clean, nice and very warm while it was freezing cold outside, staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Location is super super great few steps from Kizilay downtown.
Porter at the hotel was very helpful
Regarding breakfast I wish it was better with more options on the buffet

It was horrible no air conditioning in the room I was sweating most of the time , uncomfortable, it was dirty most of the time no one cleans anything. No bath room towels or toilet papers . The refrigerator isn’t working. No Station or anything to do some hot coffee or tea . When I call the recipients to ask for towels or toilet papers no one understands English at all.

The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of Kizilay area. 5 minute walk.
Nice facilities, very clean. Spacious rooms. No air conditioning, however the weather was decent during our stay.
Nice healthy breakfast.
