Hotel room very dirty (salle, sporco, pis, sucio) Service lazy (nulle, svogliato, tember, aburrido) We find in the bed an old child red sock writing Christmas Oo. Structure pool dangerous We complaine at the réception about the sock. I ask to cancel the other payed réservation for the 7 May but they have not accept.

Biz günübirlik özel aile hamamı hizmeti aldık sabah 10 da aradım temizlik yapılacağı için havuz suyu boşaltılıp yeniden dolacağı dezenfekte edileceği için 17:00 de kullanılabilir dendi bizde o saate randevu alıp gittik içeride bir kurna mini sauna ve termal havuz vardı havuzda saç kılları topakları doluydu yerler iyi temizlenmemişti giyinme odası olmadığı için bütün kıyafetlerimiz nemlendi üzerimizi giyinirken buhardan çok zorlandık neredeyse bayılacaktık kurumak mümkün değildi iki kişiye ufacık tek bir sabun ve diğer banyo malzemeleri de çift yerine tek bırakmışlar bizi hamama götüren görevli hiçbir açıklayıcı bilgi vermedi burası dedi gitti ,havuzun jakuzisi de çalışmadı tek bir iyi şey görgüm oda meyve tabağı vardı güzel tazeydi ürünler hizmet kalitesi artmadıkça bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum.

Daha öncesinde iş nedeniyle misafiri olduğum otele şimdi de ailemle geldim ve aynı memnuniyeti yaşadım. Ankara’nın merkezine yaklaşık 30 dkda ulaştım hem termal tatili hem de ankara ziyareti için oldukça iyi bir tercih. Termalinde ki ücret karşılığında kullanabildiğiniz özel aile odaları birinci tercih sebebiniz olabilir. Saatlik tarifesi uygulanan odalarda kimseyle iletişime girmeden özel koşullarda ailenizle eğleniyorsunuz. Tabi ki ücretsiz olarak da herkesin kullandığı termali de kullanabilirsiniz.
