The hotel has NO HOT WATER!!!!! The rooms were not terribly clean and the food given was below a "C" grade. There are other hotels in Santa Fe that are better and same price with hot water. The location is in the beginning of town. You can walk to the center if you want.

Nuestra estadía una verdadera tortura... Sin aire acondicionado, ni luz en las habitaciones desde que llegamos. El personal no hizo nada por resolverlo, a la 1 am nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada, cuando sabían del problema desde antes de nuestra llegada. En un clima como el de Santa Fe es imposible dormir por el calor. De servicio al cliente no tiene ni la menor idea. Una pesadilla completa
