Hotel provided great service. Clever was extremely helpful in arranging pickup and dropoff at the train station as well as arranging my trip to the mountain. Excellent customer service and highly recommended. Hot springs at the hotel are great with countless pools to choose from. Room was spacious and clean. Buffet dinner was good and the house beer was great. Breakfast was okay - could be improved with more options. Gym could have more equipment - only dumbbells and a few cardio machines. Overall great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Transportation: It only takes about 10 minutes to get to and from Changbaishan High-speed Railway Station, which is very convenient. Design: The rooms are comfortable and the hotel space is spacious, giving people a sense of harmony and beauty. But I don’t know if the design in recent years has tended to have dim lighting, so it always gives people a dark and low-key feel. The design inside the hot spring gave me a big surprise. Japanese hot springs focus on local color and culture, but they are limited to the local people's persistence and tradition of hot springs. No matter how beautiful they are, there is still a kind of framework, but domestic hot springs are diversified. The route has all the open angles, the interior design is beautiful, and there are many facilities. Multiple indoor and outdoor hot springs, paddling pools, swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna rooms with different temperatures, restaurants, resting places, etc... Everything is available. You can really spend a whole day enjoying it. In the middle of the rest area on the top floor, there is a small decorative stove. The design of this small stove reminds me of the Oirase Keirui Hotel in Japan. It also has a similar stove. There are many beds in the rest area. It feels like I suddenly went to a jjimjilbang in Korea. The hot spring trip took me to two different countries, haha!! Service: When you go to the front desk to go through the formalities: Fast and pretty. Unfortunately, the staff is a bit mechanized and don’t have many smiles. I'm afraid my experience wasn't the best. When arrived our room, the floor (carpet) was super dirty. We complained to reception and they sent a cleaning lady. She wasn't super happy to clean the floor but we waited patently. Once she finished we open the bed and saw some hairs. We called reception again. This time one of the hotel managers came to meet us. She apologized and decided to upgrade us to a nicer and bigger room for free. They still took over one hour to clean it to make sure it was in acceptable conditions. I'm not sure we were just unlucky or that is the normal standard in that hotel. In any case, the new room was good to stay and we were happy with their efforts. Breakfast is almost inexistent for foreigners and it finishes way too early: 8:30. Arriving twice at 8am, we could barely find food. Except for this location, is good (close to train station, close to hospital where you can do virus test, close to connection point to enter Changbaishan (North), close to some big green areas (pine forests) where you can have enjoyable walks in the morning or after dinner. As a conclusion, if I may give some constructive feedback to hotel manager: - please consistently and thoroughly clean your rooms when guests leave; - extended breakfast time to at least 9:30; - include more variety in the breakfast and make sure quantities are at decent level by 8:00.
