這裡是接待旅遊團的，懂得都懂。散客就別來了。我是奔着温泉來的，結果就幾個小池子開，小童池20多度沒法玩，其他池子太熱，孩子很不開心。贈送早餐券，沒告訴幾點結束，我們八點多下樓，告訴七點半早餐就結束了。這是我住過的高價的最差的酒店。

我定的是雙人房，房間空間舒適，保暖到位，我倆兩個廣東人穿短袖衹蓋肚子睡覺。早餐有雞蛋、包子、粥和其他素菜但是很對胃口。

酒店離高鐵站很近，房間內部設施乾淨整潔，服務人員很熱情，服務周到，酒店自帶温泉，算是一個特色吧，要是下雪就更好了，就能體驗到頭上飄雪花泡在温泉的感覺了！總體住下了很滿意，很慶幸能住到這個酒店！

1、荒郊野外，黑麻麻！
2、到了找不到大堂，一片漆黑。電話溝通之後才找到。
3、辦理住宿，電梯上二樓還要走過長長漆黑走廊再乘坐另一部電梯才能到住宿的樓層，極不方便，沒有服務人員，沒有燈光，沒有指引。
4、設施陳舊，床墊子一個大坑。
5、電梯未檢驗，不安全。
