Everything are good except the super smelly toilet and the stingy dinner provided in our room package. The urine smell from the WC is so disgusting and the stingy Korean dinner is something non tasty food work few pieces of meat and side dishes.

It snowed on the day we arrived, and the hotel staff drove us to nearby attractions, which was very convenient. The primeval forest behind the hotel is also beautiful. Soaking in the hot spring while it was snowing at night was incredibly comfortable.

The owner was very hospitable, and there were always drivers available at the entrance who were ready to answer any questions or help with travel plans. Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

The room was decent, and the surroundings were beautiful. The snowy scenery outside the hotel was also very nice. The driver was exceptionally warm and hospitable, recommending lesser-known, fun places for us to play in the snow and even driving us there. The hotel's hot spring looked very clean and was super relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The driver was awesome!

I like the service at the hotel. We went to the hot spring and the staffs were really friendly and helpful . The male elderly staff sent me proper shoes and gave me towel when I wanted to move to the outdoor pool. We could communicate via WeChat with the front desk and that helped us quite a fair bit when our shower was at too high a temperature. The front desk staff has also given us some useful advice. The loft bed may be a challenge for elderly as the steps to the loft bed are a bit high.
