Boutique hotel!!! where how when but who writes the reviews! I don't know one thing I couldn't wait to leave the room is chic it's a jumble of things placed there in Italy one would say I don't know what to do with it I pile them up in that room everything tastes very old. I saw dust almost everywhere. The bathroom has clearly been redone in an almost modern key, because in order not to deface the fact of the style (being close to the ancient cathedral) they made the bathtub here too half a ciofeca. I mistakenly made a month's mistake in booking and booked a room for myself and my family. When we arrived at the hotel at 7 p.m. (!), it was already closed and we couldn't fix the problem on site. We were there a month early. On the emergency phone, Maarten, the owner, told us it was bad luck and simply hung up while we stood in front of the hotel entrance with the kids, stunned! On the second call he said, extremely annoyed, that it was no problem to cancel the reservation and that I should write him an email the next day. Three weeks have now passed, I have already sent more than 10 emails both to ************ (cancellation requests) and to him directly, and have also called 3 times - he claims on the phone that he doesn't send any emails received, neither from me nor from booking, always claims that he would take care of it, I gave all the details over the phone, but nothing has happened yet. Unfortunately, without exception, he is always incredibly unfriendly on the phone, it's a real horror to call and he just hangs up in the middle of the conversation! My efforts are obviously in vain, I've only now read in other reviews that the hotel owner will never respond and will keep the money... It's not worth hiring a lawyer. For us it is a very bad experience and I would like to warn everyone about it - there are just around the corner just as central, very nice, reputable hotels with friendly staff! (We had to reschedule spontaneously) Don't make it difficult for yourself and definitely avoid the Diamonds and Pearls Hotel!

Topverblijf! Een oase van rust midden in het centrum van Antwerpen. We hadden het hotel zeker niet voor onze rust geboekt, daarvoor ga je naar het platteland en niet naar de stad;). We kwamen juist voor de bruisende stad Antwerpen. Maar we hadden niet verwacht dat ons verblijf zo rustgevend was. Ideal na een dag shoppen en cocktails drinken. Het voelde een beetje als thuiskomen. Minpunten: 0 Pluspunten: Boutieks met de mooiste designer kleding, goede restaurants en gezellige barretjes zijn op loopafstand van het hotel. Heerlijke bedden, top-service, ruime kamers met een super mooi uitzicht en een heerlijk dakterras. En als laatste, de spiegels bij de hal. Voordat je op pad gaat wil je altijd even checken of je gezicht nog in orde is, fijn dat daar over nagedacht is. Diamonds and Pearls krijgen van ons een 10 en ook een 10 voor vrouwvriendelijkheid:)!

Warm en hartelijk ontvangst, ontzettend hygiënisch en schoon, kamer rook heerlijk bij binnenkomst. Uitgebreide uitleg over de stad en bezienswaardigheden. Kamer was nog sfeervoller dan op de foto's. Service m.b.t. een extra deken, was snel en vriendelijk.

Het hotel ligt midden in het oude centrum, op loopafstand van de Grote Markt en Groenplaats. Voor een bourgondisch weekend hoef je niet ver te zoeken . Bijkomend pluspunt: parkeren kan (beperkt) via het hotel, zo'n 50 m van de voordeur is een parkeergarage waar een aantal plekken voor hotelgasten zijn.
