Do not stay here unless you want to be bed bound for most of your holiday Me and a group of friends visited the hotel this week and we couldn't wait to get home. Out of the 6 of us 4 of us had severe sickness and diarrhea. If you ever do stay here don't go all inclusive as there was nothing all inclusive about it. We had our bands on and we're asked to pay for our drinks after we got them. The food is just shocking! The only decent thing about this place is the view you have from the pool Avoid at all costs!!

Bed is super comfy, that’s basically the best bit apart from the decent views. The rest is a let down. Believe the other bad reviews. Food below sub par with no actual flavour. Accidentally broke a glass in the room (it happens) and went to find a dustpan so I could clear it up. I was told I have to wait until the cleaners get to the room (which is about 4pm the next day) and was given two napkins to sweep it up with. Two napkins. Very unsafe, how do they not have a dustpan.

Great experience, Georgi and Georgi the two bartenders were extraordinarily great, never had better service in my life and traveled a lot. Definitely will come back for the two, hard workers and very pleasant company. One of the bartenders was speaking Romanian and the other one was great mixologist. Their knowledge about drinks will help in regards to preparing a drink you could never forget. I’ve made three brothers in greece

The Room was full of electrical hazards such as switches being out of the wall and live wires on show. Light fixtures hanging from the wall by its electrical cables. The beds rock hard and the room very tired and needs refurbing. Staff don’t really understand english. Breakfast is disappointing. Not a water park unless you count 1 little slide into a minus 5 degree pool a water park. Water gets turned off every couple of hours im assuming that this is a ploy to save money got told to use nearby restaurants facilities however they close around 10pm so couldn’t use the toilet or sinks for around 9 hours every night. Love holidays refusing to take any responsibility and barely investigated. No refund either. DO NOT STAY HERE You can find places much much better.

My stay at Almyrida Village & Waterpark was great! The hotel has excellent value, conveniences, and amenities. The pool and Waterpark were quite enjoyable, and the atmosphere was enjoyable and entertaining. Everyone was friendly and the staff did a good job of catering to my needs. The surrounding gardens and playgrounds were pretty, and it was easy to explore Almyrida's highlights. Overall, I had a good time at Almyrida Village & Waterpark and I would recommend it to others.

We go to a lot of holidays to Greece we arrived here after being taken to different place .but that got rectified straight away. We arrived at almyrida village and waterpark now new name reception was professional and couldn't do enough . Our room was clean and balcony with wonderful shower spa .fridge TV and hairdryer . We went half board but soon changed to go all inclusive as this worked out cheaper better for us . Extra 25.00 euros .per day . We met some amazing people that was what made the holiday. Food omg this is very limited very not much to choose from same each day every day the If you like salad as well but everywhere has salad so good job as this is mainly what I lived on . Breakfast was better fruit and yogurt cereal and of cause you get boiled eggs some sort of rashers watery baked beans toast bit better to choose from Get a few microwave so everyone has a choice to heat the food if needed You could buy toasty behind the bar snacks well not worth mentioning them little pastry on the bar never had any . But you can walk down hill to the shops which is very limited down there and beach is there Little supermarket hair dressers and few others souvenir shops cold drink machine in corner was watered down Bar was friendly enough Thanos was there looking after us share the bar with another man . Thanos kept us topped up on drinks I mainly drank coffee and had odd soft drinks as I do not drink Alcohol had run out very quickly and what I could make out from others cocktail's was only couple to choose from or you buy for others if you wanted something different. It's not one of the best places I have been to . Would i return afraid not . 3 star is me giving for the cleanness and helpfulness Price is amazing for holiday that has been paid for . Just needs some commonsense to make it better especially to the food .

I hate to leave a bad review but ultimately, I’d like to state that if you are a young traveller or on a friends trip, this isn’t the hotel for you. I stayed here with a friend in May. I’ll mention that all of the balconies have steps to access them - anyone can walk up and be on the balcony. After returning to our hotel room after a walk up a steep, unlit hill back to the hotel, where cars whizzed past back and forth, we were terrified by a man using the steps onto our balcony. We had no idea what he was on there for or who he was, unfortunately he did not speak any English and we do not speak Greek so he had climbed on the balcony, not knocked and simply scared us. As we thought this was a potential intruder, we called hotel reception who couldn’t help as there was a language barrier, so we were forced to lock ourselves in the bathroom and call the police. Eventually, the police contacted the hotel who came to our door again after we’d been locked in the bathroom for half an hour and explained it was hotel security. The rest of the holiday was lovely, the restaurants are nearby and the food was lovely but to be honest, if you’re a group of friends I wouldn’t stay here.

We had severe food poisoning here! And we were not the only ones, we met other couples who were also sick whilst staying here. I spent my 40th birthday in bed, we spent a total of 3 days incredibly poorly, and it was quite scary. On our last day, we had breakfast in a local cafe/restaurant, whilst there they asked where we stayed, when I told her, she replied with….have you been sick yet? She explained that this has happened ALL year, people getting food poisoning continuously. And that the week before a lady ended up in hospital, and then had to get an emergency flight home. When I thought it was just us, I wasn’t going to make a complaint, but the fact they have willingly let people get food poisoning all year is very bad, and what if an elderly or vulnerable person gets sick?! Our holiday was ruined as most of it was in bed. I also had to get antibiotics whilst here, as something in the bed had given me so many bites, they were infected. The bites were absolutely massive, never experienced anything like it! Needless to say, we only ate here the once, and never again! Even though it was included with our stay. The whole place feels dirty. When the taps were on in our bathroom sink, the water goes down the plug and straight into the bathroom floor. And there was no shower door or curtain, so the water is always all over the bathroom floor, quite dangerous! I should also add, we are vegetarian and I only ate, eggs and beans. The other lady had eaten bacon and told by the doctor it was from that. So it’s obviously not just from one food!

We booked 1 week in mid-October through love holidays, and that is a different review. Reception. Staff were very welcoming and polite we had been given a room upgrade due to having a baby booked in with us( our grandson), when I asked if there was a cot, she looked shocked and said that there wasn't, I told her that we had requested 1, she looked saw that we had and apologised and told us that she will get 1 to us but it maybe tomorrow...any way nothing we could do so off to the room. The room. Very steep hill leading from main hotel to room 304. It was pleasant enough just like all the pictures, stunning view of the bay and surrounding hills, the room was well used and tired but nothing major, I pulled back a cushion on the sofa bed and I found 5 curled up millipedes obviously the room had not been throughly cleaned as we could still smell tobacco smoke. Anyway, I throw them out of the door to go find a new place to sleep. There was a clean fridge for our water and what ever, bathroom was spacious and looked clean, over all you get what you pay for we thought, we never expect 5 or even 4 stars, what we didn't expect was moldy light shades, mouldy tile grouting, a loose toilet seat that moved off every time you looked at it side ways. The beds were very, very comfortable, and the maid came in every day to make the beds and empty the bins. She was a star. The restaurant ( stretching the meaning) The food on the first night was basic with little choice and was plagued by flies . We hadn't expected much but got even less . Breakfast was appalling. We lived of toast and coffee. There was no choice or change, and it was never refilled. Dinner the day after was reheated tea, so it was not very appealing. We gave up and only eat breakfast as coffee and toast were fine by us. The waiting staff They were rude and unhelpful. We asked for a high chair and were waved in the general direction of a stack of chairs. During evening meals the staff are supposed to do waiter service for drinks but our requests were ignored, even when instructed to serve us by the head waiter, possibly because we were all-inclusive and only wanted soft drinks but not pleasant experience my wife and I ended up walking over to the pool bar ourselves. The facilities for children When we booked the blurb said there was a playground pool, etc. The playground had some nice swings slides etc but there was no gate enclosing the area and our grandson, an active 2 years old, could run off but there's worse on one side thees a short wall perfect for climbing unfortunately there's also a long drop to the pool probably 20 feet so no an option for him as he would be over the wall before we got to him making these facilities usless. The pool was good but far from a water park, 1 very small slide on the adult side and 2 small child slides a water park doesn't make. The family rooms have balconies to take in the view, but there no gate to stop a child falling down the stone steps Not
