The Seagate ★★★
Appledore - Hispaniola Stunning 2 bed 2 bath, sleeps 4(+2) and PARKING!!! ★★★
The Royal George ★★★
"We stayed here for one night whilst walking the South West Coast Path. Our room was accessed next door to the pub itself (literally 5 metres away) and was very clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately they don’t serve dinner on Sunday nights so we walked to the pizza place (average!) and got a bit rained on. Breakfast was excellent, helped by the great view. Would recommend."
Appledore Factory ★★★★
"Lovely apartment above restaurant but very noisy! Doors slamming, closing restaurant time awful. So much noise. It says apartments are sound proofed…. Couldn’t hear restaurant customers talking, but the clearing up and locking up extremely disruptive at 11.30pm for a least an hour. Could hear everything from flat sbove too. Such a shame as apartment is very nice and the view is stunning."
Appledore - Stables - A couples delight! One bed cottage with parking and wifi! ★★★★
* Fisherman’s Cottage * with River Views ★★★
Quayside Fishermans Cottage ★★★
Sailors Rest ★★★
"2nd time staying here & was once again very impressed. Bright clean room, beautifully presented & overlooked the estuary so had incredible views. Breakfast was served at the Royal George just a short walk away. Fridge in room was handy for holding some cold drinks. Rain shower was easy to use but be aware if you are on the bigger side as the door to get in was quite narrow. Will be back for sure!"
