Fomos muito bem recebidos e atendidos pelos funcionários, disso não há o que reclamar, foram todos muito atenciosos, e a única coisa que realmente enche os olhos no hotel é a jardinagem, perfeita, linda mesmo, e que tenho que reconhecer que é muito bem feita, mas a hospedagem cara pelo pouco que oferece, chalé bem desgastado velho com odor de mofo, móveis velhos, frigobar enferrujado, chuveiro que não sai água direto, tv que só pega 4 canal e mesmo assim com imagem ruim, esse grupo de funcionários de outros estados prestando serviço em alguma empresa hospedados, que ficam bebendo, fumando, e conversando alto o dia todo, um constrangimento para quem quer aproveitar a piscina e outros ambientes do hotel, principalmente no caso das mulheres e crianças, música ambiente horrivel de mau gosto parecendo buteco de esquina, a sauna não funciona, comida do hotel muito boa mas muito cara e com poucas opções, veículos ficam expostos no estacionamento e esses funcionários hospedados ficam encostando nos veículos sem respeito algum pela propriedade alheia tomando cerveja em volta, no meu caso vi uma dessas pessoas apoiando uma lata de cerveja no tanque da minha moto, e um outro mexendo nos controles da moto, e se danifica algo quem é que arca com o dano??? Foi realmente uma grande decepção nesse ponto! Acho que hoje na situação que o hotel Dona Beja se encontra, só serve mesmo como pensionato para funcionários de empresa e motel, infelizmente, porque do jeito que vi não é um ambiente familiar para descanso.
