The vintage cabin with river view and hot tub was such a lovely place to stay with our dog! We loved staying near the river and waded around a bit. We didn't get to use the sauna , but peaked in and it looked and smelled wonderful! Our cabin had a hot tub which was so appreciated after the 11 hour drive from Wisconsin. Mitch was super helpful when we couldn't get the Open Key App to work. Nice clean shower with premium bath products available. The bed was super comfortable. The only real problem we encountered was with small ants in the kitchen area. Unfortunately they got into some of our food and were hard to get off the totes we had with us. We would come back- especially if we had more time to hangout there at the cabin!
Response from Property: Thanks for your review. Happy we could host your travel weary bones! Thanks for the feedback about the ants. We have had pest control out to the cabin you stayed at since then. Come see us again soon!

This is such a great place!!! Right on the river. So quaint!! The staff is so accommodating & truly wants you to have an excellent experience. Made friends with several of the other guests - all from various parts of the south. One of a kind experience. Will be returning for sure!!
Response from Property: I love that you found some community on property. We love to see guests connecting around the community fire. Thanks for the awesome review. Come back and see us anytime!

My husband and I spent three nights at Asheville River Cabins and had an amazing time! Exactly the experience we were hoping for. Booking and check-in/check-out were a breeze with contactless check-in. Follow the instructions texted to you day(s) prior and you’ll have no issues. Communication from the staff by way of email and text before, during, and after was friendly and thorough. As noted in other reviews, our cabin and porch was spotless and well appointed. The beautiful river and mountain views we’d want while camping with all the luxuries of a hotel. We felt like we were far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life but had modern conveniences just 2miles away at Biltmore Park. Can’t wait to go back and book a block of cabins for the whole family!

What a beautiful, peaceful spot right beside the French Broad River with geese floating down, herons fishing for dinner, a light breeze blowing ! Everything we needed at our fingertips! The evening campfire was a pleasure with the river view. The Airstream experience was just as we had hoped. Comfy bedding, great sound equipment throughout the airstream and TV access. The shower was amazingly refreshing . So much fun! We will be back !
Response from Property: Hi, Trailblazer697593. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!

The crew who manage the cabins are wonderful. They replied quickly to my every inquiry. We were paddling the French Broad River and they allowed us to park our cars there as it would be our take-out point. We stayed in two cabins - one Garden View and one River View. They are lovely. Just big enough for two, although if you had small children the loft would accommodate them. It is located right on the French Broad River with great views in a very quiet setting. They have a drink/snack cart called Provisions where you have get light snacks, beer and wine.....which was perfect after paddling for 3 days. Highly recommend it and we will be back sometime!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Asheville River Cabins. My whole family went. There were 20 of us staying in 5 cabins, including 10 children ages 1-15. All cabins were spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids had plenty to do in a very safe area to run around, explore, fish, and play in the river. The staff was very responsive. I could shoot off a quick text and had someone show up quickly with whatever we were looking for. We would love to return for another family vacation.
Response from Property: We absolutely loved hosting your group! Thanks for the stellar review. Let's make it an annual family retreat, eh?

Beautifully appointed modern cabin in beautiful surroundings. With private hot tub and lovely outdoor porch. However, for a family of four the accommodation was too small. Albeit advertised suitable for 4. They only catered for 2 in terms of outdoor seating and dining and only one small and not very private bathroom. The bed also felt pretty unstable and was not the most comfortable. Therefore not the most comfortable of stays for a party of 4.
Response from Property: Thanks for your feedback. We love to hear your ideas. We continually work on how to make a tiny home feel BIG! I hope we get the chance to host you in the future and show off our improvements.

Such a pleasant and pretty spot. I enjoyed the glass cabin, the river, song birds and sweet sauna. The bed was heaven. I slept very well and didn’t have a need to rush to do much. The guests next door were lovely and helpful when I locked myself out. The Newlyweds were neighborly and conversationally inviting A local Farmer’s Market was my go to for wholesome Amish supplies and cooking outdoors. I wanted to share a bonfire with the staff as they are kind and generous. I will stay here again as should all!

Fantastic pet-friendly location with quaint air streams, tiny houses and cabins on this unique property. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The cabin we stayed in was appointed with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing visit: firewood, toiletries, coffee and tea, etc. our pooch was very happy there as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed in tiny home at Asheville River Cabins over Easter weekend with husband, adult son and our Pomeranian pup. We were very comfortable in the home, which had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped for meals and snacks. The beds were comfortable. The coffee nook was loved by us all. The river view was beautiful! Best of all, the people were friendly. We would recommend Asheville River Cabins to anyone that wants to enjoy clean, comfortable lodging with nice views in a peaceful setting.
Response from Property: Hi, Queenbeetn. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

Unfortunately the price was way way too high for the accommodations and Amenities! No food on site. No hiking trails on site. No river access for tubing or kayaks on site! The website says approximately $200 per night $414 per night. Very disappointed. LeAnne Stewart

These cabins went above and beyond beating my expectations! We first drove in and thought, "weird to see houses", but then when we pulled into our parking space that thought quickly dissapearred. The view took over once you stepped onto your private porch! Each cabin was perfectly arranged so that you felt like you had privacy from your neighbors due to privacy fences, windows all on the same side of the cabins so you didn't look into neighbors windows, blinds, etc. All outside furniture was sturdy, comfy, and clean and made the porch and fire pit areas much more enjoyable. I spent 90% of my awake time outside. First bundle of wood was free, and they even thought about convenience by adding in firestarters so you don't have to think about how you are going to start your fire. I liked the convenience of the smores kit option. Don't let the price fool you, this is the best smores you will ever have and is totally worth the price! Even came with roasting sticks so you don't have to go find your own in the woods. Every morning I was excited to wake up and get in the hot tub with my coffee, listen to nature and watch the river and every night I was excited to make a fire, get in the hot tub and watch the stars. Inside was better than some hotels I have stayed in! Beds were comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were perfect! The tv had many options available for viewing your favorite movie or show if that is what you prefer, and the fireplace under it added a nice ombiance. We had a twin loft which had lights, comfy beds and even a fan. The full kitchen with a big fridge and dishwasher was an added bonus. It had everything we needed to cook our meals including lots of storage space. The little master bedroom had a lot of space and storage for 2 people and was bigger than it looked online. Bathroom was also very spacious for such a little cabin. I loved all the little details, including the towel/coat hooks which took me a minute to figure out what they were. I would not change a thing in these cabins. Oh and final treat was a provisions truck which had beer, wine, snacks and anything else you might need. Door Dash also delivers andything and everything else you might need since you are so close to town! I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

My husband and I have always wanted to stay in Asheville but wanted our overnight trip to be a little more special than staying in a hotel. The cabin we stayed in at Asheville River Cabins did NOT disappoint! We ordered pizza, built a fire, made S’Mores, enjoyed the hot tub and enjoyed watching the river flow by!

Stayed in one of the hot tub cabins with kids. Everyone had a blast and enjoyed walking along the river. Was raining most of the night so we went to the pinball museum in Asheville and then hung out in the hot tub. Great spot to relax and have a great time.
