Terrible place. Avoid this dirty hole. The staff is very unfriendly and will do everything to rip you off. Entrance is with credit card, everything else is Turkish lire. They called a taxi for me to get cash a near by ATM. The taxi driver took me :30 minutes to the ATM on back roads. I returned from getting cash and paid for my massage. My friend was getting a massage and I told him we were leaving. I packed up our belongings and returned to the same taxi. The manager at the front desk was talking to the taxi driver. The taxi driver took us out in the middle of no where. I knew we were going the wrong way and demanded he turn around. He called his boss who spoke English who I demanded he take us back to the ship in Cesme, Turkey. When we arrived at the port he demanded 1,500 lira. Again it was only 10 euros from port to this hole. The manager at this hotel/spa is a criminal.

Thermal pools and massage were great. Friendly front desk team however; I can’t say the same thing for the restaurant. Restaurant staff was lacking, I don’t think it’s being short staffed it looked like there were a lot of staff but they seemed not organized. Sea is not that clean and kids friendly, no beach access. Parking was also an issue as they looked like they were allowing locals to come dine and park and that didn’t leave spots for hotel guests

The only thing good was the breakfast itself although even this was made an unpleasant experience by a rude staff who asked my wife if she felt English when she asked for some milk to add to our daughters tea.

The hotel is located in Cesme Şifne, near the sea since it was March, it was a bit neglected, and neither the reception nor the other employees were wearing masks As if there was no Covid The windows at the entrance to the hotel are very dirty. People buy a cloth on two doors. I don't know how you feel comfortable. The thermal pool is good when the hotel is quiet.

Thermal pools 35 degrees, clean, beautiful. However, they are not very big. We came on November 12, there were few people, it was not a problem, but the crowd seems to be a problem. 1 hour Swedish massage was 250₺, not bad. We stayed in the Sea View Balcony Room (205); the bed was very uncomfortable and it made noise as it turned. There was also an odor that we couldn't determine if it was from the bathroom or the air conditioner. Breakfast 2/5 dinner 4/5 but service slow. Price / performance is good as we give a total of 450 for 2 people per night. Don't come with such high hopes, it'll do.
