設施比較老舊,扎金索斯30幾度的高温空調是壞的,給我們結論不知道什麼時候才修好。房間內像蒸桑拿一樣。

2 week all inclusive holiday Oct 2023 We decided to book aluasoul zante for our 2023 holiday. We read the reviews and the majority of people said positive things about the hotel yes there were negative ones but we had been to the excellence in Mexico last year and it was stunning but people still had a moan about that so we took the plunge and booked. We paid extra for sea view room but could only see about 1 inch of it from. Balcony plus we wanted double bed but had two singles we spoke to polite staff who showed us a new room which would be available in the morning and it was alot better beautiful view of sea but single beds they said they would give us a double bed . I the morning we swapped rooms but they had only thrown a matress topper on the beds and pushed them together so not great . When we pressed flush we had 2 hrs of cistern filling and had to keep pressing it over and over in hope the noise would stop. The room was small. There was nothing in the fridge which was not great considering we were all inclusive no snacks fruit pop only 2 small bottles water on side. Shower had corrosion and was rusty the room had been recently painted but had not been wiped where they had over painted. Bath was very slippery just all needed updating replacing. We could not get a lounger by pool as selfish people put towels down and we're there all day they gounch or away for kip and come back the staff never enforced the NORESERVING loungers at all! So we would go to the beach every day instead . Breakfast was not great I can eat anything but stuck to cerial or some fry up beans sausage eggs that were not cooked or over cooked the orange jusce apple was u drinkable tasted like neat orange cordial the coffee machine was not a great option thank god we brought own tea bags. lunch dinner was not much better yes there was a varied choice but alot tasted the same my fiance who is fussy lived on spam , plain ham chips with rosamary on them or abit of salad. The desserts were nice but everything had flys and wasps all over it so we eat as soon as it opened and not later. There is a upgraded club where fir 80 € 100€ per night you get access to better rooms. 2 other pools and sunlougets which were plentiful a restaurant which served same menu most night not great we looked!. Two egg wicker chairs in middle og hotel only for select guests and a small tabled area next to main restaurant with same food. So it looks amazing I. Photos but not worth it to upgrade we went on shipwreck beach and blue cave tour with nexis local tour company which was well worth it . So good points Polite staff Beautiful sea to swim in Not far from. Hotel 30 mins Bad points Not 4 star hotel 3 at best Didn't have all inclusive experience drinks stopped at 11 Same entertainment over on 3 day cycle and too loud Poor food wasps flys everywhere Room. Dated in need of modernising Staff need to enforce sunlounger hogging We paid to

We changed hotels to salvage our holiday. We decided to leave early to escape filthy hotel rooms, brown water out the taps, ants, mould, no hot water, damp bed sheets delivered by house keeping and so much more. Food is the minimum you’d expect from an all inclusive but any nice drinks you’d want will come with an extra charge. The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere so you will be stuck there also. Don’t bother paying for a sea view as you will either be placed in a room without one or you’ll be stuck behind the buildings actually facing the sea, reserved for the resort’s exclusive members club. The only activity available on site is awkwardly drinking among the other guests whilst deafening music is blasted at you. The music will go on late into the night also so even when you retire to your room you will still be subjected to it. Avoid at all costs, escape if you have found yourself there.

Returned on 23 may after a week in this hotel as a MFC guest. Check in was flawless, after scanning the passports we were shown to a little area, given a tablet and booked in. While we were doing this we were offered a drink. Check in complete we were driven in a buggy down to our room 921. The room was quite spacious with sliding doors leading to a couple of day beds/extra beds. The balcony overlooked one of the swimming pools and the sea. The bathroom was a decent size and the power shower was excellent. The sunbathing area for MFC was well looked after with enough beds to go round, we never saw people reserving them unlike the main pool where most of the beds were taken by eight am. The MFC bar was just next to the sunbathing area, Food and Drink.... We thought the food was excellent, varied and hot. The smells coming from the kitchen were mouthwatering. We didnt use the snack bar at all because we didnt feel the need after using the restaurant. The drinks were varied. I used the MFC bar during the day, the snack bar before dinner and the main lounge after dinner. The experience was made all the better by the banter of Alex and Tony, the are really good ambassadors for the hotel. When it came to leave, a buggy came and picked us up from the room. Good service. I have only given four stars instead of five because of the steps up to the main part and the hand rails were a bit loose Would return

This hotel is the perfect relaxing break and it's really the staff that make it. They work relentlessly to make this the cleanest and friendliest hotel we have been to. (Special mention to Angela, Maria and Vlassis).A lot is made of the my favourite club option and we really didn't feel there was much of a benefit to it and we were glad not to have paid the extra. The food is some of the best we have had in all inclusive, while the buffet restaurant is not as vast as some the quality of the food is very high, well cooked and varies enough day to day we never felt it was repetitive. The a la carte restaurant was a nice experience and offered some authentic Greek options but it was a one and done for us. Drinks were varied and the staff in the bars were great. Lots of cocktails and spirits to choose from and self serve wine in the restaurants. My only criticism is the red wine is the worst all inclusive wine I've ever had! Freshly ground coffee machines were great though. Although obviously May is early season this is the first hotel were we didn't feel like there were sunbed wars. Could happily trot down with towels right up until 10am and know we would get beds that are comfortable. Entertainment is very limited, and there isn't much going on, so this is definitely a hotel for relaxation and not to be busy. There are other hotels in busier areas for anyone who wants to be consistently entertained. This is a relax and read a book in the sunshine hotel. Our room had a sea view was well furnished and very clean. We didn't think the bathroom was particularly small. More coat hangers would be nice mind. Tragaki is a nice little village for relaxation with a couple of shops and bars and a little beach nearby. There are places a bus or taxi away. You can walk, but the roads are not designed for pedestrians. All in all the aluasoul zakthynos is a lovely hotel. There are minor things that could be changed, but for a relaxing break you really can't go wrong.

Just returned from Aluasoul on 20/05/24. Hotel had only been open for 12 days prior to our arrival. My partner has a bad back and has walking difficulties. The good things: Staff in the bars and restaurant areas are good to excellent, especially Alex, Tony and Lili. The hotel is in pretty good condition after a rushed refurbishment. The food is good and quite varied (could be hotter). We went All Inc. and the wine, spirits and beer were okay. Local brands only others available at cost. The rooms were okay, read later reference Room Allocation. The pools are heated by the sun only, so very cold as early in the year. The sea was warmer. The sun beds were comfortable, but whether there is enough when the hotel is full is questionable. The Bad Things If you have difficulty in walking and dealing with stairs, this is not the place for you. Everywhere you go involves stairs and lots of them sometimes. Management were invisible around the complex. My Favourite Club attributes include Express Check In, this was not possible as only 1 person on reception dealing with other arrivals. A bottle of Wine and Special letter from the Manager in your room, never received either. Dinner at the A La Carte restaurant any night, but the menu is the same every night. 2 nights is enough there. Room Allocation - we had booked and paid for a My. Favourite Club Junior Suite Sea View with Private Balcony or Terrace and requested Ground floor. We were initially given Room 327 which was about 5 blocks back up a nigh**are stairway and you could only see the sea between the roof tops. Even the room had steps in it. I told the staff member who took us to the room this is not what we booked and it was unacceptable. He told us there was nothing he could do and we would have to see the manager the next morning. The Reservations Manager eventually saw me after a 2.5 hour wait. She said we had the correct room but I showed her the marketing photos that I made the booking with. Along with some pressure from my Agent we were reallocated a room(927) later that day, and got pretty well what we booked but 1st floor. The Main Restaurant had a nasty trip hazard between inside and out. Insufficient Staff, all the staff present from bar staff to cleaners were having to do more than their fair share of duties. They were beginning to moan 3 weeks into the season. Entertainment - pretty rubbish apart from South African girl singer (Tuesdays or Wednesday) who was amazing. Generally it was okay - no more than 3 out of 5. Thanks to the staff at the bars and restaurants.

What a beautiful resort hotel. Originally I was supposed to stay at another resort in Tragaki, but personal reasons got in the way, so I chose the Aluasoul and I'm glad i did. The staff were friendly and always polite, the food was amazing and drinks were always available, it's a picture perfect place. The location of the resort hotel 5 minute drive from Tsilivi or 30 minute stroll which is what I did to soak up the sun and the surroundings and 20 minute drive to Laganas. I would definitely recommend the Aluasoul If you prefer quieter and less party surroundings. I will definitely be coming back.
